I got a $1,000 rebate from Daikin and then I will received another $1,200 check via United Co-Op Electrical Services for having a new, efficient system installed. Can't beat that. Shannon said I was more than welcome to check other places; however, for me, Airmasters has always been fair and treated me right. New system was installed a week later. Been running for two days now and love it. I recommend Airmasters to all my friends.

I had 3 trees to remove, we discussed pricing beforehand. $400 per tree…read more Problems started immediately as soon as he realized I'm remotely managing this, with a tenant in place. Dylan visited the property and decided one of the trees was too big and wanted to charge higher amount ($650). I agreed. He then set out to do absolutely whatever HE felt was convenient. He cut one tree down. "Trimmed" another tree. At this point he called me and said he's done with 2 trees, can I send in the money for finishing up two trees. This was a blatant lie. I did not ask for proof, because I didn't think disgusting liars like Dylan existed anymore. I sent him the money. He sent me photos of what he did afterwards, which showed two of three trees still standing. On asking why there are 2 trees still up, he mentioned he spoke to the tenant and decided to keep the tree up. This didn't make any sense. Nobody changes the agreement without discussing it, lies about it to the person paying and gets paid as though they did the full work. That's when he ended up "finishing" the other tree with minimal work done (of trimming) because he had enough with this. Mind you his communication with me was to say nothing about all of this until he got paid, then he said his life was in danger to cut trees. Like who the heck forced him to work on things he didn't want to? He then said he'll "make it right" by showing up on Monday to fix it. Would you guess what happened next? He didn't show up and decided to run away with the money. Dishonest cheats like this shouldn't exist. I'm now looking at legal options to deal with the mess. Please find someone more honest to work with.

He said it might be the toilet or the drain. He showed up the next day, Saturday, on time. After just a couple of flushes, he knew it wasn't the toilet. Told me he would get the small wire thing, snake? Try that. Told me that would cost $100. He could do it right then. That was great and a very fair price. It was then or come back sometime Monday. Told me it would only take about 15 minutes. He got the toilet to flush much better but explained that there seemed to be something there causing the snake not to easily be fed past the P-trap. Mr. Rangel than told me prices to expect if this happened again. Sometimes the toilet is just incorrectly mounted. Since I'd had guys out here replacing floors & had to pull the toilet, that's a possibility. Or he would need to get a bigger snake. That needs the toilet to be pulled also. Quotes for each. It was all I could do to keep my jaw off the floor. Again, very fair prices if I needed him again. This is a very nice man. While he was there, I asked him about my hot water heater. If it should be replaced because it was 9 years old. Wow! He told me a price range but better than that, suggested I go to a Lowe's or Home Depot & buy a hot water heater alarm. I had no idea that existed. And he showed me the steps to turn off the water AND power to my electric water heater. He shows up in a well-marked company van. I felt comfortable inviting him into my house. He sounds almost too good to be true but he's the real deal.
