He claimed on two occasions that he couldn't do the work after noon (the most convenient time for my wife to be home) because it would take 4-5 hours. When he finally did make the repair it took less than 3 hours. He sat on our front porch on his phone and deliberately kicked some of our flowers twice, which we have on video. He also dragged his feet and kept my wife waiting at home for him on two separate days when he knew full well that he wasn't going to return or show up after he indicated he might still make the repair on those days. He also said that he didn't need to make the repair ASAP because we were supposed to have cooler weather that weekend. 0/10 would not recommend to change a light bulb, much less fix an AC unit. If you have this company as your contractor through a home warranty company I recommend switching before any work is done
