Charlie is awesome very courteous and was very prompt and worked fast plus my dog loved him.

Turned my heat on for the first time and it buzzed at me. Got the first available appt, but they worked me in much earlier. Sean was just lovely. My pig, Cabbage, was in the house and he admired her, courteously, before working on the issue. Was completely unphased by Cabbage's continued interest in his feet and the chickens being chickens. He kept me informed as he worked and made sure to keep appropriate doors and gates closed at my direction. Only complaint was the price, but any money leaving my account is too much money. 10/10 recommend this company. I hope Sean's wife convinces him to get her a pig. read more

I called a few places it sounded like they didn't want business so I called AirServ. they were very courteous and kind. The first service we had our air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. They did a very thorough evaluation, ordered the part once installed it worked like a brand new unit, moving down the road about six months, I called them back and said our furnace would not turn the fan on, but the heat came on, so they couldn't duplicate the issue. The first time I called them back a couple months later, Parker came out both times, he installed a new motor yesterday, man that thing works like it's a brand new machine, the house gets super cold and the house gets super hot. My AC was not blowing cold air. I have used this service for several years, and when I called they were able to send someone out that day. Parker arrived and was very personable and friendly and even my cat Mr T checked him out and immediately approved. He diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. TWO YEARS LATER - Having to hire a competent A/C company to come out and repair the hack job that they did which is currently falling apart. Consumer beware! Our A/C was leaking through the ceiling. An AireServ tech came out, examined the A/C unit and determined that condensation was forming on the outside of a duct box that was leaking through the ceiling. They recommended that we replace the metal duct box with a duct board one. I agreed and they came back out the following Monday to make the repair. After the repair was complete, they showed it to me and fully explained what they had done. I was disappointed to learn that, due to the repair, we could no longer use the longer duration 4" filters and now had to use the 1" filters that need to be replaced monthly. Not a huge deal. They also let me know that one of their techs had accidentally knocked out a light in the attic but did not offer to replace it or discount the repair. Again, not a huge deal. Immediately after they left, we realized that the house wasn't cooling as efficiently as it normally did. Granted, it was 100+ degrees outside but we had weathered TX summers in the home before and the A/C had no problem keeping up with our demanding settings (68 during the day and 65 at night). I realize that those setting are unusually low but the A/C never had a problem maintaining those temperatures before (something we loved about the house) and also it wasn't running 24/7. I reached back out to AireServ and talked to a technician who informed me that 70+ was normal for this time of year and implied that there wasn't a problem. I informed him that this was not normal for our A/C but he did not immediately offer a resolution. I went upstairs to examine the A/C myself and noticed that we were losing quite a bit of cool air so I applied some duct tape to seal up the leaks. Note that this was not an area that they worked on but I was surprised that it was not something that they informed me about. The house remained warmer so I called back, asked for a manager and had them come out to do a free airflow check. The technician did conduct the free airflow check and added some sealant to further secure the system and prevent venting of cold air into the attic. He found no additional problems. Today, my wife called me and let me know that she has come home to a warm house (82 degrees) and the A/C does not appear to be blowing cold air at all. At this point, we will be reaching out to a different A/C company to check out the system but I am disappointed that I have spent $450 and I am left with a warmer-than-usual home. read more

Aire Serv came out for me after another company told me I had holes in my ducts and had already charged me almost 1200.00 to fix a problem that they obviously could not fix. I did not have holes in my ducts but Aire Serv fixed the problems much better than the other company and when other problems came up Aire Serv came out on July, 4th at no extra charge to fix the problem when I was without air. They know what they are doing and come out when ever you have a problem it doesn't get any better than that. read more
