They left my taxes on their desk for over a month with no response to any of my communications through text, phone or emails. i had a deadline that needed to be met and it was missed because of them. absolutely no professionalism here. i originally made this review May of 2024 under mangeluff 66. i see that one of their employees has responded recently and just because my screen name does not match with the email i gave you, does not mean you can just dismiss my post. you guys cost me a refund for that year and i am still not up to date cause i took it to H&R block which at least completed the returns but did them wrong. However, in the last year or two, this particular location has changed; the wait is longer if you use the drive through, the representatives are much less friendly and sometimes it seems to bother them when they have to provide answers or info. I can also never get an answer if I call, or if I do, I am told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I'm contemplating taking my business elsewhere, and I'll probably stop using this location altogether.

I was in and out in under 5 minutes for the first time and 15 minutes for the final. Cost is a factor. But at this level of service I don't mind. Really saved my butt.
