Nick showed up promptly, and identified my faucet brand for me (which I was not successful at myself) and said the company was good at honoring warranties for the original owners...and asked if I wanted to contact the company to save money on paying for a new faucet...but it would delay service until the replacement would get there. I truly appreciated that...but my wife was ready for it to be fixed now.
