Terrible management although the plumber himself is very polite, but his wife (manager) extremely rude, over one small misunderstanding on scheduling she used a very rude tone with me, saying "that SHE runs HER business, NOT people.." I understand her frustration, but there is a certain way a "professional" should speak to a customer. If she doesn't have people to hire her, then she has no business.. so I suggest she change her attitude toward potential customers..her response was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Plus the services were slow... I called two weeks ago and still nothing.. if you want better services and to be treated with respect I suggest you call some other plumbing company because this one is lacking in that area. read more

Cohen Plumbing was originally recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad they were. As mentioned it previous reviews, Stacey and Nick are wonderful to work with and always make themselves readily available. I've used the service for both emergency (huge leak from underneath my water meter) and non emergency plumbing needs (such as installing a new water heater and fixing my garbage disposal, toilets etc) and they are really quick to respond and very reliable. This was a great experience. Everything that was outlined in our emails was delivered. I found Stacy very easy to work with and very accommodating. On the day of installation everything was explained to me very thoroughly by Nick and he made me feel very comfortable with the process. After the installation of the water heater tank I received a follow-up call by Stacy to make sure everything was fine and also remind me that they would come back out again if the temperature needed to be adjusted.
