The first one wasn't putting out any water so I had to cancel it and move it to another washer. I texted the # on the wall as directed for a refund/to move the credit to the new washer, but they didnt get back to me until after I payed for and started the second washer. Lo and behold that washer wasn't putting out water either so I had to move it to a third washer. Managed to get a guy on the phone and he was able to remotely give me a free cycle for the third washer. Since the washers were all going, I didnt need to get another wash cycle and agreed to text him later when I needed a dryer for a free cycle since I paid for a wash I didn't use. Turns out despite being able to buy a 1hr drying cycle through the app, they can only add 30min increments for free remotely, meaning instead of loading the dryers for 1hr then coming back, I had to wait around for the first cycle to finish then get the second free cycle (to equal out to what I paid for the wash cycle) to get the full 1hr on the dryer. I appreciate that they were able to do anything and tried to make things right, but overall I will not be returning and would suggest a better maintained and air conditioned laundromat.

So we had to run another cycle in the machine next to it. We called the number on the wall, no call back. Our clothes were saturated with soap and still dry. A guy came in that was cleaning the place and we told him, he said next time we can get a free spin on him. Not to mention it was really hot in there. We got something to drink out of the soda machine, and it was warm. This place needs some major TLC and better management and updated machines. We are in a whole recession, to have expensive machines that smell like mildew, please do better.

I started my clothes at 8:52pm. I waited promptly for my close to finish because I saw that the closing time was 10pm and I wanted to make sure I was out before closing. My clothes finished washing 21 mins after start time around 9:13pm. Unfortunately, my clothes didn't get fully dry until 9:55pm so I bagged everything up without folding of course and as I was leaving around 10:05pm, I turned around to thank the laundry clerk guy because he was standing next to me impatiently waiting for me to finish. He didn't say anything at all. I know he heard me because we were the only two people there and he was standing close enough for me to reach out and touch him without moving. He then proceeding to clean the dryer that I had just used and as I was bringing the basket back to the door, he meets me and says, " next time try to leave here before 10pm". As if I can control the time it takes to dry my clothes. However, I didn't make matters any worse, I just said "okay and you don't have to worry about that because I won't be returning". I really didn't mean to take that long but again, I was not in control of the amount of time it took to dry my clothes. Some of my stuff was still not dry but I left anyway. I work late and I needed clean work clothes. If you give someone an hour to wash and dry clothes, then you kind of run the risk of not leaving at 10pm.

I came upon this one haphazardly when I was short on time to travel across the way to the one I was going to before I moved away from Merrill Rd. I was on my way from the beaches after picking up my daughter's from gym camp, so I really just needed somewhere fast. I remembered this was here because I frequently go to the nail salon next door. It is also conveniently located across from Brumos Mercedes. And Grinders is right at the end of the strip mall so you can get some food while your stuff washes or dries. How convenient! My first visit was not that busy. I used the biggest washers they had to wash all my clothes. I could stuff them pretty well. The water pressure seemed great and when I took my clothes out they smelled clean and were rinsed very well. Sometimes you'll get the unfortunate situation where your clothes will not have been rinsed well and they're still dripping. No bueno. The biggest washers are $6.75, $5 for the next size down and then $3.75 for the smaller washers. When it came to the dryers I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't have to spend all my money just to dry the clothes for more than an hour. These are some great dryers. I only had to spend maybe 1.50 on my regular clothes and about 1.75 on jeans and whites (socks always tend to take longer to dry). There are 4 tables for folding lined against the wall. A good amount of carts so you're not fighting for them at any given moment (at least in my experience). They have a tv near the front that usually plays old tv shows. Two change machines that take $1, $5, $10 & $20 bills located at the front and back of the business. They have a semi decent bathroom, with no hot water. There is also a camera located at the front of the premises to help keep customers safe. This laundromat is 24 hours so it is definitely convenient at any TINE of day. Each time I've gone I've never really had an issue with washers or dryers. Never really that full or busy since I think people get the impression it is dirty or unsafe because it's Arlington and its 24 hours. I continue to come here each time because it works for me and my schedule and is not usually busy so I never have to fight oover getting the biggest washer.

As I entered, I was greeted by a lady who assumed I wanted to wash all my clothing in one load. Larger washers are in the back, she said. I expressed the need to separate my whites and colors. So I read the signage and proceeded to the Double Load washers. I had to loads. $4.75 per washer. I selected Hot water for both. Wash time was 22 minutes. No problem. I waited and used the dryers. They were already hot from the previous user so I was stoked. $0.25 for 5 minute increments. I put $1.50 on each dryer. 30 minutes of drying time. When I pulled the clothes out at the stopping point, a lot of them were still damp. I added $.75 for 15 additional minutes each. After grabbing this time, they were still not dry, so I filed them and took them home to lay out in order to finish drying. The location was open. Great Was it a value for my money.
