We looked online and quickly found Lone Star coming up again and again with consistently positive reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. We took a chance and gave them a call. I was immediately struck by how incredibly friendly and professional they were. Despite three dropped calls, the owner being out of town, and it being a Sunday morning, they made an effort to help us. We shoved everything we could into two 13 gallon trash bags, anxious about cost, and awaited their arrival. The employee who stopped by was so nice and communicative, working through a language barrier to make sure we both understood what was in the bags, when I would be home to receive the delivery, etc. Then came the moment of truth, Lone Star arrived back that evening with our order. Everything was beautiful folded, smelled wonderful, and was intuitively packed. The bill? ~$35. I was just floored. We had been bracing for something in the neighborhood of $50-60, but $35?? Lone Star, you've won customers for as long as we're in the North Dallas area. I'm so impressed. This quality of service FEELS like it should come with a prohibitively steep price tag. Thank you so much for helping our family dig our way out from under a mountain of laundry, and I honestly look forward to the next time I get to call and place an order for pick-up. I use laundromats like these when I go on vacations, so to find a facility like this is awesome. I find it odd that I'm always having to go to a dirty place to clean my clothes... makes me wonder just how clean my clothes really get. Today I had a really bad experience here, in particular with the work attendant "Gloria". I had…read morethree washer machines that I was using, two out of three of those washer machines worked properly. One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.

I came around 8:45 am , which finding out it's open 24/7 is also really great! The machines are very simple to use . The dryers are 25 cents every 5 mins which is not bad at all. The massage chairs actually worked and that was nice to use for 1.50 it lasted awhile which was nice . They have an ATM here as well with a service charge of $3.00 which is very low considering most places . Will definitely come back .

To begin,…read moreI selected a cold rinse for my clothes in the washers that are $2.25 Once the clothes were done they REEKED and were also BOILING HOT. A pair of shorts came out with a clump of hair on them an another pair of shorts had a ROACH crawling on them. When my husband tried knocking on the owners door to let him know, he got a response through a ring camera and we were basically told too bad so sad. Second, when the owner was actually out of his office we asked why there were no soap suds apparent in the washer. He told us that "it'll get released in the second cycle" the second cycle came and went and the washer was done "washing" and when I looked all my detergent was still there. Hadn't moved at all. Third, this place has a roach problem. Not only in and around the washers but in the seating area and in the kids "play area". Lastly, the floors are DISGUSTING. There is dirt and hair every where! And the floor also has visible screws sticking out and laying around. Save your money and go somewhere else where the owner might actually care to do right for their business and their customer. This place is beyond disgusting.
