They don't give you change when they have a change machine in the facilitie. So there banking on you not to download app. There undercover thieves if you ask me. You set up an operation and you keep people's money. Those one and 2 dollars add up over time. when you know better you should do better. read more

I've come here serval times to wash bedding large items. I come at night. Its always low key quiet which I like. It's always clean. Always an attendant, helpful polite cheery. Most of the attendants only speak Spanish. So utilize Google translate if you need help with instructions on how to use the washer and dryer for first time. Speed Queen has an app. There's a Family Dollar next store if you need to get detergent or anything like that. The ladies who work there are cool we talked Dallas Mavs one night. So due to the snowstorm we had currently out of water but honestly due to the service and how clean it was I am going to start using their drop off service ! I had packed a bag of quarter which was hard sense I mean everything is debt . But to my surprise this laundry mat is UP TO DATE !!! Went here for the 1st & last time this morning. The dryers burned and obviously ruined my mattress covers. The owner didn't even offer to reimburse me for the loss or the cost of washing and drying. I will not be going back. I only use laundromats to wash my comforters. Lesson learned. read more

This is a very nicely maintained place and everything is clean. I usually spend $21-40 on laundry and ended up spending nearly $100 to wash the same amount of clothes at this place. It was alarmingly expensive. If it was not cost prohibitive I would definitely make this my usual laundromat. read more

Girl with purple hair was rude. She didn't want to let my dry my clothes and it was 11PM and it don't close til 12AM and I washed my clothes before the 10:30 PM mark. She continued to spew harsh harsh words in Spanish while being on the phone with her friend. She started mopping at 11:20PM while there were other customers there. She proceeded to move my belongings and tell me to move. This is my first and last time coming here. Highly disappointed considering I am a first customer. This is the closest laundry mat and for her to tell me you can't fold your clothes and start physically moving my belongings is highly disrespectful. read more

The workers here are extremely nice and helpful. Plus, you can tell tell the place is cleaned regularly and maintained well. They also have everything you need to wash your clothes at the front desk; vending machines, and even iPads programed with games for little kids. This laundromat is a couple quarters more expensive than other places but its worth it! My clothes come out clean and in-tact every time, overall, this is a great little laundromat. read more

The CLEANEST laundry facility I have ever stepped foot in. I was impressed with the technology the drying/washing machines have. I love that its touchless pay, you just have to use their app. You could add money into your account with cash or credit/debit. They have the recharge station inside the laundromat, but you could also add funds with your card on the app! BUT, I am most satisfied with the staff. The level of customer service is unmatched. BEST SERVICE EVER!!! i love their wash dry & fold service! i brought in some blankets that i was ready to toss out because my cats had peed and pooped all over them. Well despite the smell the staff still took them in and told me they would do their best(biggest understatement of the year)!!! when i picked them up my blankets smelled like NEW. There was no foul odor left behind and no stains!! They have special washers that are called O Zone Sanitation and man do they work!!! It saved me from having to toss out ALL of my blankets and having to purchase new ones! Highly recommend this place! read more

We needed the large commercial washing machines for our king size quilt and bedspread. They got the job done. That to me was worth the price. The only reason this is getting a 2 star review is because the washers & dryers were super good & they were very reasonably priced! It would be a 5 star review BUT...this was my first time coming here ( 12/5/21 ) & let me tell you about the experience that I got because of the employee working. I'm not sure what her name was but she had blonde hair & was of fair complexion, was EXTREMELY unprofessional with the way she talked to customers & she was bluntly talking loudly on her cell phone to what sounded like her daughter & kept mentioning "Oh believe me you know how I roll, everyone gonna be out of here by 11:40." Even though the sign states midnight ( I believe it use to be 24hours on Sundays before COVID-19 ). She kept mentioning about how it was going to be "11:46 at this point with the way people keep being". I arrived at 10:20 to start my loads of laundry which I only had 3 of. Before I could even walk thru the doors she was mentioning how last load was at 10:30 to me & almost didn't let me even do my load of laundry because of it! The only reason that I got to was because I did remind her that I was still 10 min before 10:30 & that they would be started by 10:30 & finished by 11:30 because I could take them home to fold everything & what not, no problem there. As I'm starting my loads she kept mentioning that I couldn't wash my loads with how I wanted them to be washed because they wouldn't be done in time for her to leave by 11:40 as she stated was the time that everyone had to be out of the laundry mat to someone else who tried to come in to do laundry shortly after me. As I acknowledge what she has said to me & what she has made VERY clear with her rudeness of it, she proceeded to tell me "remember 11:40, no later"... I honestly looked at her & felt VERY threatened by this, didn't say anything back & kept walking. Had I not already started my laundry I would have walked out here IMMEDIATELY because as I sit here waiting for my laundry to be done, I'm hoping that it will be done before 11:40 as I feel she would be cruel to me in a manor with the way she was talking loudly on her phone & with what she was saying. Mind you, I spent $30 to do my laundry here. This should've been a better experience read more
