I just moved to the area a few months ago and I found this place. I have been going there once a week for the last few months. They have always been super helpful, but today Denise went way above and beyond. She let me in on a little trade secret for helping to get the stains out of my work clothes and it worked amazingly. I believe Denise is your best employee and she deserves a raise and some praise. She has always been super friendly and always has a smile on her face. Was in a hurry this morning and the lady that helped me was extremely (and I do mean extremely) helpful! She helped me start my washers and get the clothes going as soon as I walked in the door. Very clean atmosphere very clean machines and very clean tables and chairs to sit at and magazines to read while you wait! I'm doing the laundry for my disabled brother because he had a huge load this time and the bigger washers accommodated those big loads very well. I will be back! read more

The best laundry mat around Bullitt co and Louisville. I've been to a few and this one tops them all. friendly service. The ladies that work at the washboard are amazing ! I feel at home here , I suffer from high anxiety and my anxiety levels are low when I come here. Never had a problem with ppl being rude and nasty. Our dryer broke and I needed to catch up on laundry. We didn't get there until later and I had several loads to do. The staff let us stay almost an hour after the closed to finish up. I offered to leave and fold at home but they insisted we stay and finish what we needed to do. So friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend and will definitely go back there if needed. read more
