This place is a test of human patience. You'll get the full spectrum of humanity here: * People who actually know how to do laundry * Grown men who clearly have never washed a single thing in their life * Folks wandering around who will absolutely pluck a shirt off your drying rack and say, "Oh sorry, I thought this was mine" Personal space basically does not exist. The place can be completely empty, and someone will still come set up right next to you or start creeping into your space while an entire row of machines sits unused. Be mindful of this, because setting up too close to you is also a very easy tactic for stealing your stuff. People have absolutely had items stolen here. I've had people try me, but I don't leave my things unattended. If someone plants themselves too close and won't move, your best bet is honestly to pick your stuff up (maybe accidentally knock over some of theirs), and relocate to the vast emptiness on the other side of the mat. Don't try to be polite about it. The machines use LaundryPop (app-based) and quarters. If you're using the app like I do, make sure it's working before you start loading machines. It's gone down on me a few times, and if I hadn't had cash on me, I would've had to pack everything up and leave mid-sort. There are two TVs, mostly pointless--but occasionally one of them has The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs playing, which is actually kind of great. I think Chopping Mall was on once. It's fun seeing who's into it and who's completely confused. Parking can suck, but at least there is a lot. Avoid lunchtime when it fills up with work trucks. The neighboring 7-Eleven and Burger King attract a lot of chaos, so keep an eye on your stuff at all times. You never really know when this place will be busy or totally empty. Roll the dice, lower your expectations, and get your laundry done.

I really like that the dryers are free. They work well, dry efficiently, and don't overheat or damage clothes. My clothes dried quickly without that "overcooked fabric" feeling some laundromats leave you with. They also have a good snack selection and a coffee machine. The prices are a little high, and I didn't end up buying anything, but it's nice to have the option. I also noticed they carry higher priced detergents and even Zote, which I personally like using. but its $1 for only a small bag of trimmings when a whole Zote costs $1, so do with that info what you wish. The only downside for me was the $3 charge for the required wash card. It feels unnecessary to charge for a card when customers are already spending money there. It is cash only for loading the card. I don't remember if the machine takes debit, but I'll update my review if I find out. Overall, I'll be returning, especially since I already purchased the $3 card. They are arguably the best in the area. They are a clean facility with a welcoming feel and atmosphere. The machines are well maintained and work great, they don't smell like mildew. The softener side gets clogged, but not all the time. And that's an issue anywhere you go. And not a deal breaker because you can still add it, you just have to pay attention to when. I don't know how I get so lucky with parking. You'd think it would be a huge problem. But I've never had an issue and never had to wait for a spot to open. The employees are super nice and helpful. And again. The artwork is awesome. I was trying to explain it to someone and realized, it's just something you have to see in person to really appreciate. It's very creatively done. And worth the visit just for that alone. And might as well bring a load in while you're at it. So I will keep coming here when I'm in the area and need to do laundry. Reliable. Clean. Our building has one tiny washer and a painfully slow dryer, so this place has been a lifesaver. It's clean, no-frills, and lets you knock out multiple loads at once while you grab a coffee. Really can't beat it for in-person laundry. When I spotted the cards in-shop advertising their new pickup and delivery service with founder's pricing, I signed up on the spot. It seemed like a fair deal and I wanted to lock it in. Funny enough, I was there the day they were filming scenes and b-roll for their rebranded website, which was a cute touch and probably what drew my eye to the new service cards in the first place. Here's how my first month went: Week 1: I JUST finished laundry that day, so I didn't schedule that week. Week 2: Tried to schedule a pickup Monday or Tuesday and couldn't find anything available before Friday evening, when I needed clothes for the weekend (delivery sat evening). I decided to wait and schedule laundry the following Monday instead, but ended up needing to come in Thursday that week and did a load myself. Week 3: This is where the service actually shined. On Monday my laundry was picked up, washed, folded, and delivered the next day. Genuinely great experience. The catch: I had an extra bag and assumed there might be some rollover credit built into the subscription. There wasn't. I was charged an additional $27.71 for the extra 11 lbs. Not the end of the world, but I didn't love the surprise. Week 4: I was out of town for Memorial Weekend, and tried to schedule a pickup this week. Nothing is available until Saturday evening, and my subscription is set to renew before then. So Week 4 was effectively a wash (no pun intended). All in, I paid $165.71 for one run of laundry and a bag of towels. The actual service quality was great when it happened. But the scheduling availability felt limited, the "weeks" in the subscription are a bit loosely defined, and there's no credit or rollover if you can't get a slot. That combination made it hard to get value out of the subscription without planning carefully in advance. If you're thinking about signing up: map out your laundry schedule before you commit, and be comfortable with the possibility of not finding availability within a few days of when you need it. This might work really well for people with a predictable weekly routine. It just wasn't the right fit for me this time around. This location is one of my sister's go-to laundromats because it's only a few blocks from her home. Since I was staying with her, we decided to walk over together. We arrived around 8:40, and even double checked the sign outside that says last load by 9pm. However, the gentleman working that evening immediately stopped us at the door and told us that the last load was actually at 8:30 PM. The laundromat was fairly empty at the time, so being turned away when we arrived before the stated last-load time was especially frustrating. What made this even more disappointing is that my sister has previously done laundry here after 9:00 PM when a different female employee was working. The inconsistency in when customers are actually allowed to start their final loads is concerning, especially when the business is advertised as being open until 11:00 PM. If the last load is 8:30 PM, that should be clearly and consistently communicated to customers and reflected in the posted hours. Customers should not have to guess which closing policy will apply depending on who happens to be working. My sister and I walked all the way over with our laundry only to be turned away, which was incredibly frustrating and resulted in a very poor first impression for me. I value businesses that are consistent and respectful of their customers' time, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.
