It's ok. A lot of machines are out of order, but fortunately right now on a Monday at 2:30pm there's only 3 people in here. They do have a nice selection of different size washing machines. Including the really massive 4 and 5 load front loaders. The 35lb industrial machines are out of order. 48 of the big dryers. Everything takes quarters but the change machine is slick. You put in a $10 bill and you get $9.75 in quarters! There's a 711 next door. Last wash is 8:30pm. No WiFi, not very well maintained. But what does work, works. What a joke. Unfortunately the complex where I live doesn't have a laundry facility and I use a fluff and fold services somewhere else for a good reason. Sometimes I need to do an emergency load and use this laundry facility.. Every experience has been awful. Beyond the 1980s washing and drying machines, the service is nothing short of a crime. The Latina lady working in the evening is so rude, for absolutely no reason.. I put my last two loads in the dryer at 9 PM, attempted to walk outside to sit in my car and she refused to let me out. Yep, she locked the doors and would not let me leave. The facility doesn't close until 10 PM. I told her she can't lock a person inside of a business and she said she did not care. Did my laundry here yesterday and wow this place is so unsanitary. After washing clothes in the few washers that were not broken I truly had the thought if I should rewash my clothing because I was questioning wether they were clean or not. This place was dirty beyond belief, it reeked of mildew. There was constantly transients in and out using the restrooms. The clothes smelled okay after but I will never go to this place again. Downright disgusting. I'm just in total shock how unsanitary this place is and not sure how it can be operating. I will be looking into contacting the department of public health. Avoid! read more

I went to this awful place 11/23/2022 1:40 PM . paid 7.25 dollar for wash my blancket. Around 3:30 when I back this place, my blancket was not washed. I guess machine problem.Old hispanic lady told me she will check the video. Later she told me, I did not paid machine.?????? I told her show me video. Then she says to me.Donot want to show..Because that phone is be long to her.??????? I really do not understand why she is lying and solve problem. Emontionaly got angry and me and do not care anything. Many other people are there around 3;30PM. I'm not sure and hesitant to write this, but I will. I came here to do the obvious as my washer and dry was not working. I initially wanted to go to another place but there was a marathon occurring and the roads were blocked. Thus, I ended up here since it was close to the gym I go to. I got there when it opened and thought the place was okay-ish. I was fortunate to have brought a roll of quarters as it took about that much to wash and dry here. I'm not sure if that's the average price....you can figure the math out. I read the reviews from other people and it is true that if you don't mind the homeless then it should not bother you. I just kept to myself. A lot of the driers had signs indicating they were not working. I think it was about 1/3 of the dryers. I didn't see an attendant there so I can't say if they provide customer service. Since I came here when they opened, there was ample parking for the small parking lot. I could see that the parking could be problematic if one comes at a peak time since the lot is also shared with a 7-11. It's a laundry mat and you get what you pay for. So appalled at the behavior of the man working there. I live around the corner on Whitley and am in here every week doing my laundry. Today when I went in I had my hands full talking with my mother and trying to get soap and change. Since I had one hand full I went to get my change, then get soap and bring in my laundry. The attendant literally PUSHED me out of the change machine yelling at me that it's for customers only. I tried to explain I was a customer and he kept yelling at me and pushing me!! For any man to treat a women this way is unacceptable, and for any business to treat a customer that way is just as bad. This place is so convenient to where I live but from now on I will go the extra distance to never have to come here again. Other customers here are rude as well, the management is horrible, and the place is always dirty. Not sure why many don't like it except that it's a bit price. Otherwise it got plenty of washer /dryer and parking. . The place is kept pretty clean. There was no employee around but dustpan /broom is available which usually is enough for customers to keep the place clean by cleaning up after themselves. Would probably help if they left out the mop as well read more

The worst place ever. It's like who ever owns it wants it to fail. The guy who runs the place closes it anytime he wants, and is extremely rude on his best day. DO NOT COME HERE. This lady who is working here was very rude. The laundry machine did not work when I already put all the amount money so I put 2 quarters more but then it still did not work. So I asked her for helping and explained I put two more quarters and they did not come out. And she said " You lose" and left. Typical hood laundromat. Cheap AF. $1.50 per wash for the big machines, and 25 cents per 10 mins for the huge dryers. So, I can do all my laundry for $2. I put $4.00 in a $5.00 machine before realizing it was broken, and they refused to give me My money back. I walked out with unwashed laundry because my money was stolen. The same thing happened a week earlier on another washer. I swear they only have10 out of 30 washers working and they have the same ones broken for years on end. And before i put my quarters in. I told the attendant there were clothes in the other washer and i needed to use it. He said there was nothing he could do about someoneleaving clothes in a washer and not returning, but removed the clothes for a Hispanic who spoke Spanish. You removed the clothes for her, but wouldn't do that for me...and i lost $4.00 because i had to use the other washer instead. May you go out of business or a tweaker set that broken down hovel of a el chappo money laundering raqette schem on fire to save the community money. The lady advised me to use a specific machine for my comforter to be cleaned and then when I showed her that the machine missed a few spots she insisted it was my detergent and not her dumb ass machine. Then she tells me I should use another machine that costs more rather than issue me a refund. Now I can see why their rating is so low. I hope you don't expect them to treat you like a person, because they won't. I've had so much clothing stolen from this place when I used to drop off my laundry, and I just accepted it because it's the closest place to my apartment. Don't go here. Seriously. Tonight was the last straw for me. Last wash is at 10pm. I walked through at 10pm because I get off work late. The lady that works nights argued with me, saying it was 10:05, and I pulled my phone out to show her it read 10:00pm. We argued until my phone read 10:01pm, and then she kicked me out. They also kick out homeless people, even if they have laundry in the wash. I've seen it happen on three separate occasions. If you even look dirty, this lady will yell at you. Doesn't matter that you're a paying customer, or that you come here twice a week. They just want your quarters, and do absolutely nothing when your laundry is stolen (even though other customers have hinted that the staff may be the one's taking the laundry for themselves, as it's usually sweaters and business attire). Don't come here. Waste your quarters at the laundromat right across the street, next door to Pla-Boy Liquor. At least they're nice over there. read more

This place is typical Hollywood laundry mat gross and the 7-11 next door does not make the element and less sketchy. All of that is whatever but what really kills me is that all I come here to do is wash my comforter every now and then and it gets worse every time. The price for a extra large is $5.00 which is ok but when the machine may or may not take your quarter if you out it in 3 times...it's like putting $15 of quarters in the machine only to find out that it doesn't work on hot water setting. Witnessed others having the same problem putting quarters in machines. On a machine like this you can't just open it up and start again so u have to wait til the end to open it. Like I don't have anything better to do on a Sunday morning other than run the machine 2 times. Anyways....avoid machine number 29 unless you have all day and don't want to use the hot setting. read more
