Lady was nice. Accepts coin only, has atm machine onsite but its broken. Every other machine is broken (washers). Dryers also mostly out of order and the ones working say "for employee use only, please ask to use". As I'm loading a smaller washer a roach is crawling on the washer buttons ... Wouldn't return.... And they offer fluff/fold so the working machines are probably being used by the staff. Bought lunch from Nextdoor and now I'm pondering that decision... when there's one roach, there's many. Plenty of better spots nearby I'm sure but new to the area. Def off-putting. read more

I was going here for well over a year since it's the laundromat closest to me but I'll never return. For starters, they have a sign on the door that says "last wash at 8". However if you get there at 6 to do laundry, they tell you that they CLOSE at 8 and that last wash is at 6, despite the sign on the door and their hours being listed literally everywhere. That's fine, but change your hours officially then if that's the case. Also one time, there was a black underarmour sock stuck on the inside of the dryer. I didn't notice until after it melted for whatever reason and left little black marks all over my brand new white towels that I received as a gift. A huge portion of the machines don't even work, and the ones that do "work" are hardly functional. One time the dryer left my clothes damp but they basically rushed me out the door because it was 8 and they were "closed" (again, their hours say they close at 10). I had to use the dryer at my complex and pay extra just to finish the job. This is hands down the worst laundromat I've ever been to. Take your money elsewhere, I promise it'll be worth it. read more

I'm actually really sad and bummed. Maybe I'll just post a "temporary out of order sign" while at this location I counted how many machines were down: 29 machines were down both washing/dryers. This place is expensive for machines that are broken or really just hanging on by a thread. Only saving grace was it was empty when I came. The attendant was super sweet and helpful. I think the purpose of this place is to drop your laundry off and have them do it, because the only functioning machines were the ones for staff only. I'd say at least half of the washers and dryers for customer use were broken...as was the bathroom, the rinse sink, the vending machines... It's also powerful expensive for what you get; a regular top load 10lb wash was I think $3.75, and $.25 on the dryers only gets you four minutes...oh, and the dryers don't dry very well, so you're gonna need to throw A LOT of quarters in the machine to dry even a single load read more

I've been coming here on/off for many many years, and have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. Natalie is a rockstar! Always with a smile and a quick chat, she is a gem. Like all small businesses facing trouble post-covid, and with the unhoused situation very close to the shopping center, one thing is for sure and comforting, is consistency, and Natalie provides it. This place is the worst!!!!! Do not come here. The lady that works here is super rude and with a major attitude. At first I used the sink to wash a little part of my dress before putting in the laundry, I don't come here often and I didn't know it was only used to wash your hands. Then she was like no U can't do that in a rude manner and blah blah blah. Sooo rude, I apologized as I didn't know the rules. Then the next thing is I left my trash bag on the floor but I was going to pick it up later to reuse it. But the she comes to me and told me off and said, is this yours? And I said yes, she said pick it up. No trash here. I seriously don't mind picking it up but she didn't have to be rude about it. Then I said ok I'll pick it up, but just because I didn't pick it up right away she picked it up and slammed it right in front of me. Then on top of that she started talking about me in Spanish to others. My Spanish is not good but I know she was talking about me. She gave me a nasty look and then started slamming laundry doors super loud and gave me a death stare. I was soooooooo mad. I don't need this kind of attitude in my life. I have been coming to this laundromat for a couple of years and I finally want to write a review. It's kept very clean by a wonderful woman named Natalie. She always greets me with a big smile and offers help when I have trouble with a machine. I hope the owners know what a jewel she is. There are lots of laundromats out there but I come here because of her. The place is never crowded and there are lots of machines of all sizes. I highly recommend this place. You can do your laundry yourself or they will do it for you. read more

I had to wash some heavy items and found this place just a mile down the street on Sunset. It's located in a little shopping center where there's also a restaurant and café. This makes it super convenient for anyone who doesn't want to hangout at the Laundromat, but grab a bite or drink instead. It's very clean and organized, as they have someone on staff during business hours. They also offer laundry services, and dry cleaning; so there are people consistently dropping off their clothes. The price of the regular washers are $1.75 per load, and 8 minutes per $0.25 on the dryer. Not a bad deal and you can have all your laundry done in less than an hour. There's a table with charging stations for customers to use, but it's right in front of the dryer's so it can get pretty hot. There's also a restroom for customers. Ironing board and iron for use as well. This place is pretty well equipped with all the items you'll need, and then some. Parking can get tight in this little shopping corner. I'm guessing street parking isn't bad either on the side streets. read more

Went to wash large blankets...receptionist was very nice. But over 10 machines were broken down with a sign on it, including the ATM and vending machine. A customer walked in and hawked into the sink. Bathroom had no toilet paper and was so gross. Dryer didn't dry well at all after 40min, damp clothes, and the barely working washing machines were $3.75....omg. I will never come back here again. read more

I live next to the laundromat and due to the fact I have an all-in-one washer dryer - I occasionally head down to dry a couple loads per week. This also includes using the washers here for large sheets and blankets. This week I spent $25 due to all of the above uses. As I left today, I was informed I could no longer use the facility for dryer loads only. Apparently, and this has become quite common amongst lazy business owners, the coronavirus is the excuse. A poor excuse at that. Why on earth I can't continue to pay this business for its services as a result of my need for dryer only services is absolutely ridiculous. Head over to WeHo Wash - they're amazing and accept credit card payments for the machines. Avoid this place. The owner here likely verbally abuses his staff based on the frightened employee that was chewed out for not "catching me." Don't support jerk owners like this. read more

Would you please start fixing some of the machines? Every time I come in there's more unusable machines. You've raised the prices by quite a bit recently, so maybe invest some of that into the equipment that brings you your income. Are you just going to slowly let all the machines die out and then close? Kind of like the other place that unsurprisingly closed not far from here. Seems things are heading that way.
