I have also experienced seeing homeless ppl but they were actually paying customers and washing their laundry only other time was when they were being asked to leave because they weren't paying customers and I felt so bad I honestly would have let them sleep by back door but this establishment does not and I see they try to stay on top of the homeless problem . As for the washing machines not working they started phasing out the old ones I see the new ones are really nice I'm sure harder to keep clean I even catch myself putting unnecessary finger prints all the way around the door just for shits and giggles sorry guys but honestly you guys are doing great and I felt the need to come on here for the entertainment after last night that lady was not happy she overfilled that washer and broke it I also read her review God forbid workers have a life outside of the laundromat . What I overheard was the maintenence man was not able to come in until the next morning but the manager left a family dinner she was at to figure it out with her nephew is what i believe she said young boy which they did and I was surprised they were able to figure it out so quickly without having any prior experience to opening up a washer and I seen the clothes they took out of that ONE washer that was stuffed in TWO carts I took a picture management can't post but I can so I am like keep in mind these clothes are also soaking wet just imagine her stuffing them in while all of it was dry i wish i was there to see her stuffing it full like that probably took a lot of work definitely more than 10 loads that's why the washer broke I'm laughing because she even had a pillow in there but anyways getting help within 1hr is not a long time when it was your fault some of these reviews are so funny I will continue to go here because my experience has been good I do think a bench should be added for seating tho I know you probably removed because of the homeless but we need at least a bench. As for The bathroom maybe find a way so we can only access with an active laundry card so the homeless aren't able to go in them because I'm also sure that's why you can only use when a laundry attendant is in there?

They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They expanded a few years ago and it was super nice but now the majority of the machines on the new side are broken. Out of 32 dryers on new side 16 have been out of service for quite sometime. Make that 17 down, one dryer went down in middle of cycle and when I asked the lady working there she said it never worked. I was like yes I had 9 minutes left and added a quarter to finish towels. I just removed the laundry and it stopped two minutes later. She kept saying no no no, then finally put a quarter in bottom one and said use that then. She has always had a disgruntled demeanor when every would try and interact with her. She works the early shift, then pm closing lady is always super nice and always sweeping and keeping place clean. BUT this other lady must hate life. I guess i have to look for a new spot now in the area as the machines are starting to break down frequently and not getting repaired.

I came on a weekday afternoon and didn't need to really wait, thankfully one opened up for use. I did notice all the machines were in use, so it's possible you may have to wait if you need the bigger washer. Plenty of smaller ones though. I generally don't feel all that comfortable going to unfamiliar/new places but the folks there eased my nerves. I'd go back. Thank you very much for the assistance.
