Horrible . All the machines are broken . And the few that do work suck and fingers cross they don't break mid cycle . It's summer time and the inside of this place is an oven ! No air at all either ! So this use to be a great spot to come in and do your laundry. I have been coming here since it was just the small one room location. They expanded a few years ago and it was super nice but now the majority of the machines on the new side are broken. Out of 32 dryers on new side 16 have been out of service for quite sometime. Make that 17 down, one dryer went down in middle of cycle and when I asked the lady working there she said it never worked. I was like yes I had 9 minutes left and added a quarter to finish towels. I just removed the laundry and it stopped two minutes later. She kept saying no no no, then finally put a quarter in bottom one and said use that then. She has always had a disgruntled demeanor when every would try and interact with her. She works the early shift, then pm closing lady is always super nice and always sweeping and keeping place clean. BUT this other lady must hate life. I guess i have to look for a new spot now in the area as the machines are starting to break down frequently and not getting repaired. read more

One broke on me I told the lady who is in charge her response to me was "you see a lot are broken I don't know what you want me to tell you" shrugged her shoulders and walked away my items were stuck soaking in dirty water that I had to dig out and put into the larger washer that was $7.00 to wash I asked if she'd give me my $3.50 back and she said no I will never go back. This used to be the go to place to do your laundry. There must be new owners or who knows what, but there are more inoperable washers than those that actually work, and some of those are leaking all over the floor. The only saving grace is the day porter that is trying to keep it looking okay. She's there to trouble shoot, but cannot do anything about the out of order washers. Everyone here is complaining about the management not responding to refunds. Time to find a new place. read more

I used to love this laundromat. It is under new ownership and it is next to impossible to find a machine that works. When my husband and I went to do our laundry , 41 machines were broken!!!! The new owner obviously used this as a tax write off and could care less. Myself and many other long time customers will go somewhere else. Too bad. read more

It needs a overhaul cleaning, between the machines. Otherwise., the machines were clean inside and some surrounding areas. But between the machines they were pretty gross. I talked to the cleaning lady and she said it would take time to clean them. However, doesn't she understand after awhile things grow in there. This is by far the worst laundromat I've ever been to. 90% of the machines are out of order, and the owner clearly doesn't care enough to fix them. The few machines that actually work are always occupied--not by customers, but seemingly by the staff, who leave their washed clothes sitting there for ages. It's beyond frustrating to come here expecting to do laundry, only to waste time waiting for a machine that may never free up. The place is poorly maintained, and it's obvious that profit is the only thing the owner cares about, not customer experience. Save yourself the headache and take your laundry elsewhere. read more

Since January 2021, the new owner is very greedy and only cares about making a profit. 70% of the machines are out of order and remain unrepaired for months ongoing. Just recently there has been a lot of laundry waste and trash all over the floor and there is a stench of bad odor from mildew and mold around some of the washers and dryers that have been out of order for many months now. When Steve the former owner owned this business, he was very upright and repaired every machine quickly and kept the place very clean and welcoming. Its a shame the owner only cares about making a profit and neglects customer service and a safe sanitary environment. I have reported and filed a complaint to the San Bernardino Public Health Department for NOT maintaining a clean and safe environment free of trash and debris. They upgraded their machines to now using cards which is great, but they also doubled their price to wash a load of laundry. $5.75 to wash one load is absolutely ridiculous. There are plenty of other laundromats in the area that aren't robbing people to wash a load of laundry. Also the couple of times I've been here, some of my clothes have gotten stains on them from their machines. read more

Well I must start by saying that this is my first time to a laundromat. My washing machine broke and I've not received the replacement one yet. With that said, this facility is large. There are 30 industrial dryers, 26 standard size washers, 8 triple load washers & 7 commercial/industrial washers. The facility is clean for the most part but I have seen an occasional ant or two on a couple of the folding tables. I have been here for about 1 hour now and it has remained busy. Overall I wouldhave to say that it has been a pleasant experience and I would come back here again if the there was a need. read more

First time here, got here around 11:40am, Monday. Also the lot this laundromat is in seems interesting, definitely want to explore the little shops in here when I come back. The person working here was so helpful. I hardly go to the laundromat so I asked her to explain all the different machines. My husband goes often because of all the blankets and towels we have after family/guests come and visit/stay for a while. He said he thinks this one is better than the other one he usually goes to - longer wash cycles for the same price. The place was very clean. We didn't have to wait for any machines. Price was reasonable. Now I won't mind coming here to wash all our big comforters and large loads of pool towels. Got everything done quickly rather than doing it for days at home. read more

Live in a brand new home with brand new appliances along with the appliances being insured, anyhow I had a lint fire. Meaning while the machine itself is still functional i.e no issues; the warranty does nothing about it. Now I'm simply with a penetrated dryer; smell of smoke :( Since I have a new born and a 20-month old, no matter how much I cleaned it, mama wanted a new dryer since the smell was still too strong. Long story short, the dryer desired was backordered so in the mean time wife needed to handle her duties, and we selected this landromat. Very clean, and welcoming. Change machine on site, staff on site, and being ethical as we are, we picked up some dryer sheets others left behind and the staff noticed, appreciated and hooked us up with hangers (we had asked and offered to pay for them). First of all, if you have only used the place a couple of time then you need to be invited out for a big tall glass of STFU. You obviously know nothing and only show up there when your own equipment fails. Please also note, the only bad reviews are YEARS old as well. The place has changed ownership a few times and has also been painted a few times and new machines have also been put in as well. How do I know his? Because I am a regular customer! Why does it not get a 5-star from me? Because no one is perfect and I have never understood why the door must be open during all kinds of weather. Having said that, allow me to straighten you all out on a few other older comments: Is it small? Yes, it is. I am not sure how large one expects a place like this to be. If you an issue getting around other customers try saying this: "Excuse me" or suck in your gut and squeeze by--holy sh*t, what do you expect!? I have never experienced anything akin to what one bad reviewer claims and his complaints indicate a lack of understanding of how ALL washing machines work. I also find it funny that one bad review complains about one employee and does not even use the place enough to know the woman's true position. The employees work to keep the place clean and if anything is sometimes almost too quick to be helpful. What really sucks is that some dumb@ss out there will pay attention to the complaints of someone who rarely uses the place and assume he knows what he is talking about. I am glad you one-star people are allegedly not coming back because that means there will be more room for those of us who use the place every week. (Besides, one of you cannot even spell. I needed to wash some sleeping bags and large blankets. They have about 10 washers that can handle very large items. The attendant was very helpful in showing me how much I could put in a washer without overloading it. The sleeping bags and blankets are all clean now! :-) Added bonus...this laundromat is in a plaza full of interesting shops and restaurants. I had a great time exploring the other stores while my laundry was washing and drying. read more

This place is passable but barely. The problems are first off it's very small. And despite coming on a Monday afternoon it was fairly crowded. There's not much space to get around other customers so accessing the machines is difficult. On top of that a lot of transients come here. While I was sitting on the outside bench a drunk one came up to me and started preaching about religion. The worker here was also a little weird just in how she bossily pointed me to a machine. I'll assume she was trying to be helpful though, it just came out wrong. The good are it is relatively clean, there are benches to sit on and it's not expensive. Plus, the machines seem to work faster than other laundromats I've been to. read more

An A-OK place to do your laundry. I like taking my larger blankets and comforters here because they have the big industrial size washing machines. The laundromat itself is old, a bit dirty, and somewhat cramped, but I've never had a problem here; the washers, dryers, change machines, and vending machines are in decent shape. A few of them might be out of order, but you can walk to a store or restaurant in the same shopping center to get change or buy snacks, detergent, or dryer sheets. We have utilized this place several times over the last few years, it was never that great from the start and has only gotten worse. Washing machines do not clean and leave huge dirt residue marks on our clothes, in some cases we found what looked like pubic hairs on our towels. Dryers are WAY over priced and dont completely dry your clothes, these machines dont function properly. Consumers beware, whoever owns this place is only interested in collecting their money without investing any of itback into the business. I love this laundromat. All the other ones I've been to are dirty and in the ghetto/ugly parts of the city and with that comes weird funky people who bug you. I have been here late at night and never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The guy who works here is very nice and has great customer service.
