Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. I've never had big issues just something like a coin gets stuck or this and that and the ladies go above and beyond to fix it but I came in on 3/11/24 and I normally use the big machines for my blankets or clothes and on this day when I came to check on the washer it had 5 min left and it wasn't turning at all for quite a while. I pressed start again and it started to turn. So I washed it again and thought maybe it was a hiccup but it happened the same thing the second time just not as much. I messaged the person where it says text if you have an issue or need a refund being polite to let them know I think the machine is broken and they just replied with nonsense. Believe are the messages. Poor customer service. I just spent about $27 on washing the same things three times. Let alone its sad cause I come here on a weekly basis let alone when I come Friday afternoons/nights theres been times where there's drugies outside or even in the bathroom and I always go above and beyond to tell them they have to leave since at times I feel uncomfortable them being here when I have my little kids here at times too. But unfortunately, no attention is paid to keep them both clear of a massive buildup of what I can only hope is 'Lint'. It's like they're both wearing a fur coat from how thick they're coated. This was our first time and last because of how poorly this joint is kept. My advice is change the name if this place to the 'The Sauna-Mat or 'The Laundra-Sauna'. It's so hot in this ShitHole place you need to go outside to change your mind due to the hot and humid interior as you suffer from dehydration. Good luck with that! Out of the 2 ladies I have seen, neither one really cleans like she's suppose to so sometimes there is sand or dirt on the tables. One of them was told by a customer that there was a strange guy getting high in the bathroom and she just said well I guess I can day something but didnt. That is a danger to a place where families go in to do their laundry. I think for this reason the laundromat on Euclid and Philadelphia now has cameras.

For months now, every time I go, there's so many broken washers and dryers. Most of the washers don't work, have water that's been sitting in them for who knows how long and what makes it worse is they raised the prices with no improvements. Even after raising the prices the broken washers persist for months with no change. Also, there's way too many dryers that always have tape over the coin slot because they are not working. And if they are working some don't stay shut while drying so you have to switch midway through to another one that hopefully works. Some dryers don't work and you don't know this until after you've put coins in only to find out it's not heating up. Cleanliness is also an issue but I blame careless people with no common sense or manners for most of that. Last, homelessness is another issue with it normally having homeless people in or around the location. Hoping they do some improvements ASAP!!!!!!! At this point I'd rather spend more and not deal with all this.
