They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. As a Korean, I was especially happy to find a Korean-owned tailor who truly understands Korean fashion preferences and fit. She did an excellent job! For months now, every time I go, there's so many broken washers and dryers. Most of the washers don't work, have water that's been sitting in them for who knows how long and what makes it worse is they raised the prices with no improvements. Even after raising the prices the broken washers persist for months with no change. Also, there's way too many dryers that always have tape over the coin slot because they are not working. And if they are working some don't stay shut while drying so you have to switch midway through to another one that hopefully works. Some dryers don't work and you don't know this until after you've put coins in only to find out it's not heating up. Cleanliness is also an issue but I blame careless people with no common sense or manners for most of that. Last, homelessness is another issue with it normally having homeless people in or around the location. Hoping they do some improvements ASAP!!!!!!! At this point I'd rather spend more and not deal with all this.
