I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. Absolutely top notch service and the truck cover came out as new with this detergent and heavy duty cleaning of the machine! When they need washing again I will definitely return back here. I did "four" hamper's worth of clothes, and it cost me about 40$ (Washer/Dryer Included). They also have a 2 vending machines, one for drinks and the other for detergents, fabric softeners, and bleach. I bought my detergent at a nearby CVS though, since I didn't know they had some for sale. It cost me about 8$ at CVS for a little 16 pack pouches. The bleach cost me about 2$ for a small bottle, but that was more than what I needed. Surroundings/Atmosphere: There was a lady who went around and sanitized the tables for folding clothes, so I thought that was nice. It kind of flooded earlier though (but not too much), so I hope they fix that. I just wish they had a bathroom though. I had to go to the nearby Food 4 Less. Conclusion But yeah, overall I think I would go here again. I had a good experience despite the small little things. They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

She patiently explained everything, quickly assessed the situation, and assured me I could come in and get it done on time. As a Korean, I was especially happy to find a Korean-owned tailor who truly understands Korean fashion preferences and fit. She did an excellent job! I've lived in both Orange County and LA County for years, and this is by far the best dry cleaning and alteration shop I've experienced in the entire United States. honestly on par with the great tailors back in Korea.
