Told them i wanted a small part made (1"x1"x1") over the phone and even sent clear pictures of it. Even after seeing the pictures Adolfo told me that he wanted to see the part in person. So i drove all the way down there for him to tell me it's going to be $350+ for the design and print if this super small part. Completely ridiculous and a waste of time/ gas. read more

I don't think I've ever been happier with a company. On 4/30 my brother passed away. We wanted to do something special for our father this year but didn't know what. I was cleaning my brothers bathroom last week and noticed his hand print in the dust covered blinds. I took a picture of it and decided to get it 3D printed. Will is fantastic! I sent him the file and he worked diligently for me to get this done in time. The office staff was nice, and helpful when I went to pick up my hand print. Came here to print a soap cup for a lather machine. Paid over $100 for a 3d print. The model came out almost identical to the original but would not fit in the machine the detailed parts are the ones that did not match the original . Kinda disappointed it did not come out as good. Then asked how much it would be to make another one but no reply. read more

Was probably going to use them but Will was already setting his path for excuses why the effort wouldn't be done on time because of his arbitrary time estimate. His demeanor was rude and off-putting when i asked if he could commit to getting this simplified task done within 2 weeks. Once he blathered I hung up immediately. Todays call was to halve the level of effort than what we originally set for his timeline. I won't be having my company projects done there and I'll put out the word to my colleagues.
