I come here every few months. It has changed quite a bit since the beginning. They've tried a few restaurant concepts that just haven't seemed to work out. Last I was there, they had a food truck which I much prefer over the restaurants. I also saw people bringing in their own food. They had a lot of beer and one wine selection, now they have beer, spirits and wine. It's much more balanced. They still have the arcade and games upstairs. They have a lot of live music which is great. They have bingo, charity events and a calendar full of activities for everyone. I've enjoyed watching it morph over the years, but I really like where it's at now.

I've been here many time over the years and have never been disappointed by them. This most recent time was the first time in years and it was for a work holiday party. We actually had a previous holiday work party there a couple years ago and it was great then too. We were downstairs last time and upstairs this time. All the staff were great. I had a drink from each spot and everyone was so friendly. The guy at the wine place was all smiles and let me taste before I chose. The woman at the middle one made a great drink and was really nice. The brewery at the end was great too and they shared about when the burger place left. I hope colab stays in business. It's a great place to meet and had a guy playing live music too. And a wing food stand outside. Try it if you haven't!

Casual place to kick back and listen to music.. and have a beer. My husband had the tacos at the new Mexican restaurant and they looked good.

Mexican food or bring your own. Serves achohol. Events almost every night. A fun place to go. Upstairs arcade games.

Came here for the first time for a private event, we took up the whole upper level, that had vintage arcade games and plenty of seating. Colab is such a great place for a date night or to come after work, with friends. Drink varieties from Propaganda winery , 117 west spirits, and Breakwater Brewing. They have bingo nights and other events on their monthly calendar! Great experience will be back

Great place to hang out with friends! They have beer, spirits, wine, and games! The workers are really cool here. You can hang out inside or outside. There are video games and games you can play outside like darts, corn hole, and connect four. I saw an axe throwing area too!

There are plenty of seating options at Colab public house. You could sit outdoors on the back patio, on the front patio, or in the upstairs loft area or in the main seating area. Main seating area has couches, chairs, high and low tables, and a bar. You should be able to find something to meet your needs. Upstairs in the loft they have video and interactive games. Inside they have permanent vendors for wine, beer and spirits. They also have one Italian restaurant. They also host food trucks. Look for the calendar to determine what's going on daily. They offer events such as trivia and live music. They do have service at the tables to pick up plates, but other than that, you must pick up your own items from the vendor.

Fun spot for a casual outing. Enjoy food, drink, live music, and fun activities. Service was friendly and accommodating. Very casual spot.

Fun atmosphere with several drink options. Propaganda wine is a must try. The whiskey place I think it's called 117 is a don't waste your money. Drinks are mediocre at best and not worth the price. Also not made properly, huge disappointment. The Italian food was good with us liking the spicy honey pepperoni pizza the best. They have great events every day of the month. The bingo is a must try

Noms they got a lil foodie spot in here but last time it was a burger spot and this time it Italiano yeeeet

I like this lil spot cus there are several lil spots all in one. Last time we came here there was a burger spot that was fire af but they took forever to make my burger, like 30 mins lol. This time there was an Italian spot there and the pizza wasn't too bad. It's hard to leave a review for everything in here and that's why I'm giving a five star bc of the experience and that's what it's about for me! As long as I have a good time and ain't hangry I'm a happy girl. Also, the first time we came was on a busy Sat night and they had live music. On a Wednesday they were playing trivia games lol but seems like they have a happy lil group of locals that chill here. I hope they give prizes lol.

I have been meaning to come here for so long. We have driven past this over and over and finally made it out. It is in the same center that Indian Joe's used to be in, and the idea of a collaboration spot seemed like a fun idea. We came for Bingo night, because who doesn't like Bingo! We came right over after work, so we ended up grabbing some food here at the Italian place inside, and I don't feel any need to order from them again. The brewery area had a lot of great choices, including a few sours which is always a plus. While I did not check out the winery, I did grab a drink at the distillery which was very good. Overall, I had fun, I would say that most of the employees which I spoke to were kind of stand offish, not sure if there was anything that would make me feel the need to go back unless specifically meeting some friends here.

We loved the variety and friendly service!!! We started with some delicious brewery beers. My husband got a hazy and I got a brown ale. They were both delicious! I then got a margarita at the cocktail section and it was pretty good. A little light on tequila haha Lastly, we got a bottle of wine at the winery. She accidentally poured me a glass instead of bottle but let me keep it. She also gave me a wine Jell-O shot which is bizarre, but somehow works! She was so sweet! We went to the pizza place and the pizza was decent. I got the fettuccini Alfredo which was wonderful. My mom got the arancini and though they were great. We went for trivia night and it was such a fun experience! Check this place out!

This place is really cute. The downstairs has a wine bar, a hard liquor bar, a kombucha bar, and a beer bar. There is also a pizza shop that opens at 4 PM. Upstairs is a cute little arcade with a couple of games to play and some claw activities. Lots of seating all around! There is also an outside area in the back, which is really fun that has darts, Jenga, and a large connect for. You can also reserve 24 hours in advance to do the hatchet throwing. Sometimes there are food trucks there when we were there. There was a taco truck and it was really great Carne Asada fries! If you don't love pizza, make sure to check ahead of time to see if they're gonna be any food trucks there because the pizza is the only option inside.

You don't get to choose you just get one of each of the wines on the list. We went up to the counter to order and were attended to almost immediately. My flight of six 1 ounce pours was served, and I took it to the table. My other friends ordered a glass of wine each. The first of the two was attended to immediately as well, but the third was made to wait for a little bit longer for some reason, even though she was with us and next in line. The band was enjoyable and the sound was good. People were enjoying themselves and some dancing. I liked two of the wines I tried the rest were just ok. They don't serve food, but they did have a food truck in the back that looked good. We had already eaten, unfortunately, so we didn't try anything. It was nice evening and perfect for sitting outside. I would definitely come back again in the future.

Our server was intent on finding something that I enjoyed, and turned me on to the wine slushy, which was refreshing, and perfect and scarily good! We also decided to eat dinner here, and we shared a Harvest Salad (Spring Mix, Apples, Dried Cranberries, Goat Cheese, Mixed Nuts, Julie's Balsamic Vinaigrette). and we split a pizza that was half Blanca (Ricotta, Mozzarella, Lemon Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs, Hot Honey, Truffle Oil), and half The Papa B (Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Fontina, pepperoni, Jalapenos, Onions). We asked for it a little crispy, and parts of it were really sort of burnt, but 100% would order again, hold the ask for a "little crispy" next time lol. The ambiance here was nice, it is dog friendly so there were several dogs lounging around and hanging out, the tasting room has both a nice indoor bar area, with table seating all around, as well as a pretty decent sized outdoor area that has shade cover and lots of tables. The menu had a good variety of items, and we decided to go with the chilaquiles and the shrimp and grits. I love Shrimp and grits, and it's not too common on menu's so i has to try it. The dish had pork belly instead of bacon, and shrimp. THe texture of the grits was very good, not too runny or too thick. The shrimp seemed good quality and not chewy or rubbery. I really enjoyed the dish and would order it again. The chilaquiles were an interesting take, not at all what you're normal chilaquiles would be. They come with lamb but we substituted with chicken. What really shocked us was how good the food was. These were chef driven dishes with phenomenal flavor profiles and execution. Genuinely was blown away by the charred broccoli and the cabbage dish. I would venture to say I preferred the broccoli dish here than to somewhere like Campfire. On that final note, I'll say we typically go to State street or Encinitas/Solana/Oceanside for our date nights but please, give this place a try. They were so so good! 10/10 from two vegetarians

We have always had absolutely wonderful dining experience at Eugenio Italian Ristorante. Every dish…read morewas beautifully presented and full of authentic Italian flavor. The seafood was especially fresh and perfectly cooked -- from the tender shrimp and lobster to the flavorful clams and pasta dishes. The stuffed zucchini blossoms were delicate and delicious, and the sauces were rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. The lobster bisque, however, was a little salty for my taste. The atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and welcoming, making it perfect for a relaxing dinner or special occasion. Service was attentive without being overwhelming, and every plate looked like it came straight out of a gourmet magazine. Highly recommend trying the seafood specials and homemade pasta. You can really taste the quality and passion in every bite. The restaurant is often filled up fast for dinner, it is best to reserve in advance.

We checked our handy dandy Yelp to find a great Italian restaurant and boom! There was Eugenio. It's a tiny interior and a small outdoor patio. Everything is just wonderful and having recently returned from Italy, this jewel is a standout! Amazing servers too which is such an important part of the dining experience!

Wow, have you ever been to Chandler's, located inside the Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach (a Hilton…read moreresort)? If not, you gotta GO!!! It's an amazing oceanfront restaurant across from South Carlsbad State Beach. Best ceviche we've ever had! The sourdough bread is to die for! Our entrées which were salmon and Chilean Seabass were cooked to mouth-watering perfection! Of course the views were insane! To top it off our waitress, JILL was thoroughly delightful! Happy and knowledgeable and so much fun... She clearly loves her job! She was so attentive to us, we felt like we were the only diners there. :-) And she really knows her stuff! Pretty hilarious when we found out that my name is JILL, too, as we rarely meet many JILLs. We hit it off famously! Not only because the food was outstanding, and plated beautifully, but because of JILL we are definitely going back! And if you go----I mean WHEN go---you ask for her!

Alright, so I'd heard great things about this place. I was staying on the resort side with friends…read moreand was directed here for coffee and breakfast. When I arrived, the host at the front was incredibly sweet. When I mentioned that my order was to-go, she kindly guided me to the bar area to place it. It was 10:50 a.m. when I got there, and by the time the guests ahead of me had ordered, it was around 11:04 a.m. Unfortunately, the bartender taking orders seemed very frustrated. I ordered an oat milk latte and three different pastries (which were honestly superb), but the interaction felt quite uncomfortable. He mentioned several times that no one had come in all morning and that just as he was cleaning up and getting ready to finish, people started showing up. I completely understand that it can be frustrating when customers arrive right as you're expecting to wrap up your shift. However, repeatedly venting that frustration to guests made for an awkward experience. I felt so uncomfortable that I almost cancelled my order altogether. Admittedly, I hadn't had my caffeine yet, so maybe I was feeling it more than usual! That said, the pastries were excellent, the coffee was good, and the host made a wonderful first impression. Overall, it was a mixed experience - great food and drinks, but the service at the bar was not something that begs repeating so I don't know if I'd go back again.
