When I confronted them about this they were very rude and claimed they could bill me for anything they wanted because I had given them authorization to work on my behalf. They claim to not need approval from me and said they would continue unless I revoked, with the state, their authorization to work on my behalf. I have filed an official complaint against the company with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
