Besides the cardio and weight areas there is a circuit room by the locker rooms, and hydro massage chairs. I'm fussy when it comes to my preferred elliptical equipment and BFit has some older Precor machines which is exactly what I like. I've tried some newer equipment elsewhere and found that they were harder for me to use. Call me old school but I'll support any gym with a Precor elliptical. Also, I went at mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all which is big plus for me as well.

I was able to get 3 sessions in with her prior to follow up/scheduling procedure and in those 120 minutes of targeted work, she was able to increase my mobility enough that I was able to avoid sedation and address the injury I had been fighting for a year with PT. Please don't join this gym!!! To add to all of this, the pictures on their website they use to lure people to sign up are 5 years old and looks nothing like how it is now. Very clear they no longer care about quality of their business, only the money. They promise a in house massage, chef, and a whole bunch of others on their storefront sign, they do not have those in the gym. False promotion, horrible policies to keep you stuck and paying, horrible management and horrible environment.
