Really displeased with the service I received tonight. There were 3 parties before us and 3 after. Somehow two girls managed to cut in line because their boyfriend was behind the counter and prioritized their order over is. After we ordered, we waited to pay for 10 minutes before someone finally came over to ring us up while our shake was being made. We were forced to wait another 10 minutes after everyone cleared the establishment to speak to someone, only to be rudely cut off because a favorite customer of theirs entered and prioritized greeting them. Our shake had been in sitting in the blender the whole time. To the owners of this establishment, please teach your employees what real customer service is because this was not it. read more

All Cold Stones are currently out of cookie dough. There is some sort of shortage. I tried the berry berry berry sweet cream signature combination in the medium (Love it) size. The love it size is probably enough for 3 people. The worker here was super fast at mixing up our ice cream. I usually have to wait longer for the mixing part but I guess our mixer was just strong/quick. They sell small ice cream cakes here for $26, smoothies, and ice cream cookie sandwiches. The website says they close at 9 but they really close at 9:30PM. read more

I have been going to this Cold Stone location since they opened and I have never been disappointed in the food or the service! The owner, Janie, does an excellent job at making and decorating cakes, they always look professionally done! I have called her on several occasions when I needed a specialty made custom cake at the last minute and she is very willing to help and is so pleasant. I always have my special occasion cakes made at this location and they are perfect and delicious! All of my family has their favorite type of ice cream cake; Cold Stone has so many varieties or you can create your own custom flavors. Once. Just once, I wish they would hire someone who will actually mix the ice cream. That's why we go to Cold Stone, right? So they can mix the ice cream on the cold stone with the add ins so the ice cream doesn't melt. It's like getting an ice cream burrito, add in's clustered in the middle and ice cream on the outside. They can't even be bothered to break up things like Reese cups. If you get two kinds of ice cream it's like just getting two scoops, not mixed. Then they slop it into the cup with their ice cream covered hands, rarely bother to wipe it off, shove it in a bag and toss in your spoons. The issue is, when I get home with the bag it looks like I tossed the bag down the stairs. The ice cream is all over the inside of the bag. The spoons are sticky. The containers are sticky. I have to peel everything out of the bag, wipe it all down, and usually put it in my own bowl to mix it properly, so I'm not eating an ice cream burrito. Then it's a melted sloppy mess and I'm left wondering why I paid so much when I have to redo it at home. The kids are always polite here, but I'd rather less friendly employees and mixed ice cream. I never want to make a bad review for a small business, but it's just happened so many times. read more

"like it" my favorite is sweet cream and strawberries mixed in with blueberries. sometimes i wish they use fresh blueberries when in season but... not here its consistently good and staffed by friendly people, perfect place to get the cravings under control. read more

9-12-21. For grandparents day my granddaughters took me to your establishment for ice cream. They both states that the icee cream was watery and not as frozen as it usually is. They frequent your store a lot and found the quality subpar. In addition, the staff was not very friendly because they waited on customers that had Clearly and with their knowledge entered the store after us. The owner Jim is very rude and professional, I presented him a birthday coupon. He was very unprofessional and said the coupon was not his when the coupon clearly indicated his store. Also, the ice cream was more like a soup rather than ice cream. If you want unprofessional service and rude employees, then this is the ice cream shop for you. WORST SERVICE. Worst Attitude. Felt Discriminated cause we are Asian. My parents went there today to get some ice cream with the Groupon that they had purchased online. As they checked out, there were a lady and older man working there. It was the lady that checked my parents out, and as they handed them their Groupon, they scanned it and said that there was no balance available, that it was already used. My father repeatedly over three times said, it was a new coupon and hadn't been used. So the lady at the register called over the older man ( I assumed he was the manager) and we explained the situation, and the manager had agreed with the lady cashier that we had already used it. What was really rude was the way he spoke to my parents, just telling them to go as if he didn't want to deal with it because there was a long line of people. Like what are we? Individuals to get free ice cream and argue over nonsense?? My father had stepped aside to find PROOF on his phone that the Groupon was used at this Coldstone, at this time, and the price. and it turns out my father was right. He had PROOF and showed it to the manager, NO sorry, NO nothing, the Ice cream was all melted by the time this was resolved and on top of that he just said "to go". RUDE. NEVER EVER coming again. I am always instantly welcomed when I step into this store! They have great customer service, and never make you feel rushed. I went in not knowing that Cold Stone is current not serving cookie dough and they helped my find an ice cream mix that I could replace with my regular cookie dough ice cream. What an awesome place!! My family goes here every couple months on special occasions (good grades, doing well in sports, etc.) and we have never been disappointed! The ice cream is delicious and the service cannot be beat! Every employee works quickly and is extremely nice and polite, which is rare in restaurants during this day and age. But the real thing that stands out to me is how great they are with food allergies! All you need to do is ask and they'll give you a binder with all of the updated ingredients and may contains of every single thing they serve. Plus, the employees will also make your ice cream in the back, with a fresh scoop, gloves, counter top, and a brand-new tub of ice cream and mix-ins. Highly recommend! read more

This was the worst experience in my life. First I went in with a $1/scoop text and the person who I'm guessing is a young high school girl tried giving me .25 scoop and telling me that's how big the $1 scoops were supposed to be when no-one before had every tried to rob me like that. I said screw that and asked for a larger full price cup but all she did was add another .25 scoop to the 3 I had chosen in the small cup she had given me to begin with. The final kick in the balls was when I handed her 6 new​ $1 bills that were kind of stuck together like new bills do and she accused me of giving her only $5 to pay for the $5.24 I'm not a punk ass piece of crap who tries to get anything I can't pay for but when her inability to count correctly publicly tries to make me look like an a**hole. I'll never step foot back in this place because people who treat me that way without proper cause get dealt with but I walked out on this one. I'll not have some punk little female dog insult me unfairly and screw me out of what I paid for on top of it. The owner knows who I am because I paid $20 for somebody else's stuff once when I didn't know what they were getting and how much it was but he gave me a discount card for doing so.
