The ice cream is really good here. The waffle cone was very chewy, which is very odd and I think it has to do with the humidity. I'm not sure if the AC is broken in there, but it definitely was feeling extremely humid in this place and definitely affected the waffle cone texture. It was basically stale. Which was very disappointing. I would never get a waffle cone at this place. I told the girl at the counter the waffle cone that I got was very weird chewy texture and she had stated it was most likely from the humidity. So she let me change it out to a different waffle cone and suggested the chocolate covered waffle cone had stated the cone may still be crispy in that one even though it's very humid. The service is very spectacular. I just wish they could do something about the humidity in this place. It is really affecting the ice cream. read more

I like Cold Stone Creameries. Lots of nice inventive ice cream treats. They are a little pricey, but I think they are worth it. Got a few dishes of their standard offerings, and each was delicious. The staff did a nice job of explaining the choices and getting our order. The interior of this location is not much to look at. We sat outside on a rickety table that wobbled. I came for my gender reveal cake and was beyond happy with the whole experience. We were able to come an hour before the store opened to place our order. Taskin helped us & made our cake. She was so kind and patient. They even tested out cake batter ice cream with food coloring beforehand just to see if it would freeze perfectly for me. And because it wouldn't freeze solid, she so kindly surprised me with a portion of my favorite anyways(: On top of everything, our cake was ready in just a few hours! I stopped by on my way home from work to inquire about ordering a cake for a colleague's going away. This was my first visit to this store, and I can say I had a great experience! I was greeted by Thomas, who was very warm and professional throughout my encounter! He was very patient and helpful in answering my questions and even went to the back area to obtain a picture of the mint cake, which I greatly appreciated! When another staff member walked over and began speaking to him a bit curtly, he responded with poise and grace! He is wise well beyond his years! Good Ice Cream, Lousy service. Staff refused to make eye contact or communicate with customers who had been waiting 30 minutes and longer while staff took (and filled) phone orders. Staff actually took part of my family's order, made one ice cream for my wife then got on the phone and took and filled a phone order while son and myself watched and waited for our orders to be taken. After she made the phone order, she placed it in a holding freezer up front then she skipped us and took and made order for the next party in line! By now my wife had to start eating her ice cream, because it was beginning to melt and drip on the floor. So much for the family sitting together outside and enjoying and ice cream on a Sunday evening. So lady gets back to my son, and begins making his order in the wrong size cup....he mentions this to her, and she sets his aside and gets back on the phone! Other families in line were now leaving rather then wait, and we had already been in line 35 minutes by now...my wife was eating hers, my son's order was half made on the counter, while another staff member was taking care of people who were in line 2 parties behind us. (We would have left, but my wife already had eaten some of hers.) My order was finally taken and made, and the lady (without saying a word) placed it at the other end of the counter in front of a different customer causing even more confusion. By the time we paid and got out of there, the "phone orders" that seemed so important and HAD to be made before ours were still sitting in the holding freezer, so actually not a rush and those should have been 2nd priority. As we were checking out, the lady says to us, still without making eye contact, that it was the OWNER on the phone, so she HAD to take those calls!?!?! My family left disappointed, and we won't be back again to pay money to be treated this way, or to see other customers treated like this. read more

Handled cash, touched his nose/face, etc. I was ready to let him know how disgusting that was and then he disappeared to the back as a girl that just walked in the front door walked in to replaced him. She started her shift with no gloves. I repeat, she walked in for her shift and started working with no gloves. Probably was on a smoke break honestly as it was well past 8PM. We informed her we needed her to wear gloves and she was visibly annoyed, but ended the service politely. We stopped by a week ago to order my birthday ice cream cake. I love ice cream cakes and Cold Stone has the best commercial ones, by far. The owner recognizes us every year and was again very friendly and helpful. They have ice cream cakes already made but I had asked for a discontinued seasonal cake (the one for Father's Day) and was told, "No problem." Yay! We picked it up at the appointed time. When we walked into the store, they were crowded with lots of excited kids. The owner saw us and after the next customer, ran to the freezer and got my cake. It was perfect. Every time my husband comes home from a sailing hitch for his homecoming I go to cold stone for a coffee crunch cake. It's tradition. This was a double celebration for it is also his birthday! I love cold stone ice cream, but the guy that runs this one really ruins it for you. I've been a couple of times while he was there, and I don't think I will go back anymore. Every time you ask for a like-it size cup he doesn't listen and tries to force you to get the bigger size, he even fights with you about it and makes you feel very uncomfortable getting what you want. They charge sooooo much compared to any other ice cream place. It costs almost $1 for an add on....which is 1/3 of a candy bar, or 1 oreo, or a TINY spoon full of a mix in. The prices are ridiculous. I've left here paying almost $8.00 for a tiny ice cream with hardly any mix ins. I usually go to the frozen yogurt place near by for my own toppings and pay $1 for a ton of stuff, and come for the icecream. I know that sounds cheap but the prices don't match the product amount at all, so why not pay for what you want, instead of what they feel like giving you. read more

I just paid $13 for literal cold soup. It was slop and the staff didn't even care. Ordered a small create your own with strawberries, walnuts and a 1/2 banana with chocolate ice cream. He mixed it and gave me a bowl of something I should have grabbed a straw for. My boyfriend got a large speciality creation. The girl mixed it leaving 1/3 on the countertop, while she grabbed a bowl. The extra seemed to be getting harder, because it was resting on the frozen mixing station but BAM before she returned with the bowl.... another employee cleaned the countertop and tossed the rest of his ice cream in the trash under the station. This is the worst Cold Stone I have ever been to. There was no one in there when we first got there and were greeted nicely, however, there was one woman and one man working there...that was it. My husband ordered a vanilla shake, it took the woman forever to make and the ice cream I ordered the woman had to ask me what was in it. My ice cream was terribly made not mixed good and she even skipped out on the carmel I told her was in it! By the time She gave me my ice cream it was all melted.
