My friend and I both got the 4 mini scoop sampler. I tried the banana pudding pie (my favorite of the 4) key lime pie (soooo perfectly tangy) monster cookie, and lemon blueberry (not as tart as I expected but so deliciously creamy). The only suggestion I'd have is don't get the key lime pie as part of the pick 4, it's good enough to get a solo scoop but when melted together with my other 3 options the flavors didn't mix well. My roomate also enjoyed all 4 flavors she tried. The owner and the boy scooping for us were both so kind and helped us make our decisions! The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant. The owner came out and started a conversation. The brownie was better than a homemade brownie. And tasting the various flavors is an incredibly difficult decision. We are visiting Saint Pete from Orlando, and this ice cream is as good as it gets. Better than Jeni's, better than Kelly's. They opened in May 2022. of course, we didn't get to visit this location until a summer trip to St. Petersburg three years later. There is parking in the front of their store front. Easy in the evenings because the nearby shops were closed for the day. There is indoor seating. The line moves swiftly and the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. You'd have to be with as many people as were served on a Thursday evening! And they were just as friendly by the time we saw them serve about 20 people after we made our purchase. The shop offers over 25 flavors. My companion and I chose a cup as a double. I can't remember what we individually selected, but we tried brown sugar cinnamon, cookie butter crunch, caramel praline pecan and grannie's banana pudding. I was very disappointed..... but I'm giving 3 stars because the others in my party were pleased and the decor was cute and the shop was clean. The issue for me is there was only one non-dairy option and it was more expensive than the regular cow milk options. To me, that isn't right. I normally don't complain about being a niche customer since I know I am not the target audience but I have been to many ice cream shops who by comparison offer 3-4 options with either no dairy or an oatmilk substitute and they do not charge more for that. It felt discriminatory. They only had watermelon sorbet and if I remember correctly it was about a $1 more. No thanks. Kegan waited on a party of 5 (with a lot of questions and tasting) with confidence and ease (very professional). Alfred came from the back of the store to cash out the party of 5. Kegan dishing out the last customer of the party. Kegan was letting Alfred know what the last customer ordered. Alfred snapped at Kegan. Very unprofessional! Kegan served my order. Alfred wrang my order up. Before I could finish my transaction he called Kagan to the back. Again very unprofessional not to finish my transaction. I am also a small business owner. I must admit, I'm a little picky with ice cream so I looked up their reviews which were phenomenal so we decided to give it a try. The young man serving us was very nice and let us try about 4-5 samples we requested. All to end up with their Oreo that you can't go wrong with but it wasn't like basic Oreo, it was so delicious! Definitely noticed the hype about this place and decided to give it a try on a Tuesday night around 8pm. There were a few people seated inside, a couple waiting to cash out, and another pair in front of me having what appeared to be a lengthy discussion with the older gentlemen behind the counter. I mention this for two reasons: one being that they were blocking the ice cream coolers with the ice cream labels so I couldn't even attempt to try to figure out which flavor I wanted until they were done socializing (only about 5 mins later), and the second is that after all that they weren't even charged for their ice cream. In fact the older gentlemen specifically told them it was on the house. Wow, good for them! Finally I was able to look at the flavors. Perhaps they could be written somewhere when you walk in? I don't know, just a thought! The younger gentlemen working behind the counter came over to take my order. He was really great! I went with the $7 2 scoops in a cup. One scoop of white chocolate raspberry and the other of banana pudding. The flavor was great, the size of the scoop not so great! I might be spoiled though since I've had 5-star ice cream with 5-star service and this ain't it. I'm glad I tried it. Don't think I'll be back though. Over-hyped in my opinion. read more

This is a nice ice cream shop. I came one day and tried a flavor and it was really good(lemon poppy seed 10/10). The customer service was amazing everytime I came in the men working the front were really nice and helpful and explained the flavors. I wish they had a Facebook/instagram or website that displayed the flavors of the week.
