She then turned to Owen & yelled at him in front of the entire store, "if you can't do it right then have X do it next time since whenever you do it sh-t like this always happens." I have never felt so uncomfortable as a customer before. Her behavior & attitude say more about her as a manager than it does about Owen as an employee (who must be a saint to put up with that treatment). There is absolutely no excuse to humiliate & berate an employee in that manner, especially in front of customers & other employees. She needs to be taught the management principle of "correct in private, praise in public." I truly hope she receives training so her employees can perform their duties without fear of receiving such treatment over a very simple mistake. Also, if her employees are constantly making mistakes that also says more about her than them & they deserve a better training experience. Also, no bathrooms.
