Decent service with a selection of 12 or 14 ice creams and a sorbet or two. Pick a mix-in and watch them fold it all manually and fit it into the cup or cone. I had a taste of the non-fat non-sugar sweet cream (sweetened with Splenda) and it was pretty darned good. My main complaint? It's way too noisy in the store. Between the loud music and the shouting patrons, we had to enjoy our ice creams outside. On the plus side, they had two tables there so we could watch the traffic on the Strip. read more

We just went to Coldstone Creamery I had the Oreo cookie overload and it was delicious the amount of ice cream they put in one cone is a lot and The Cone is much bigger than normal cones seen at a ice cream place so if you're not really hungry it's a lot of ice cream but of course I love ice cream so I ate all mine. Cold Stone Creamery is really nice the girl at the cup ter was very nice we left the tip and she dc started singing, hilarious. visit Cold Stone Creamery and she actually saw on the phone which was actually pretty funny. Service is everything in a world where kindness is lacking. The two ladies who waited on us were robotic at best. My mom told the girl scooping the ice cream how much she appreciated her, the young lady never looked up or acknowledged it. The young lady who rang us up walked away before transaction was complete, I had to ask if we were finished...her reply, oh yea, you're good. We really enjoyed the ice cream here. Fabulous product and idea! There is one blond gal who is sweet as can be, and we really enjoyed her. There is also a thin, taller boy who was very polite as well. The four stars comes from one gal with purple (and maybe some aqua??) hair. She was sullen and unhelpful, and clearly does not enjoy her job. When asked about the rewards program, she didn't know much, and didn't care to find out. Simply said, "I dunno. I would NOT recommend cold stone Branson, MO location under current management and standards. Last weekend my family and I went to enjoy some ice cream after hike on a nice spring day. I ordered ice cream and it was excellent. My sister ordered two scoops of ice cream each being a different flavor, but the server (a nice young man) accidently scooped the wrong ice cream and proceeded to fix his mistake after we realized the order was wrong. My wife ordered a shake and the taste was not bad however it had the consistency of plain milk. We brought this to their attention and one of the servers said "Oh, I may have added too much milk" and then acted like she would remake it. Then the cashier/server named Lizzie essentially said we might be able to replace it after we take care of these people. Which was frustrating considering we had to wait on the full line of people for their own mistake. So after approximately of waiting for 5 minutes for the mistake to be fixed, they still had not begun making the new shake. Finally, after the line dwindled down, Lizzie began to make the shake. After she made the shake, she rudely slammed the shake on the counter. Part of the shake was dripping down the side of the cup. My wife asked for a napkin and Lizzie pointed down towards the cash register and said the napkins are down there. My sister walked up to the cash register and asked for a manager. There was no manager on site at this time. So my sister asked to talk to one of the girls. Lizzie came out and my sister said that she did not appreciate with the way we had been treated. Lizzie immediately began to defend herself and said that we typically do not replace orders for taste even though taste had nothing to do with problem, it was that the original one was not made correctly and the young lady who made it even said that was the case. Lizzie continued to try to argue and defend her case. After realizing that Lizzie did not have any concerns with the customer service we received, we asked for the manager's phone number. She temporarily went to the back, opened the door abruptly, gave us a sticky note, and then slammed the door shut. This was very disturbing and frustrating way to end our evening. The managers name was Cassie and after leaving a voicemail and text message we still have not had contact with Cassie. This whole situation (besides the young man) was handled in an unprofessional way. I would highly recommend heading on down the street to Andy's Frozen Custard! Cold Stone is losing our business after this horrible experience. read more

BJ is a late night ice cream treat fan. He was very happy when he found Cold Stone Creamery. They have a lot of great flavor choices including signature flavors. BJ loved the Coffee Lovers Only. It is coffee ice cream with roasted almonds, Heath candy bar and caramel. I loved it, too. He later tried Mud Pie Mojo. It was that same coffee ice cream with Oreo smashed cookie pieces, peanut butter, roasted almonds and fudge. We wish we have a Cold Stone Creamery where we live! read more

There was a pretty long line when we went on a Saturday. I think they were surprised by the beautiful weather and were a little understaffed. However, the servers were friendly despite the crowds. After receiving my order that was made incorrectly, I politely asked if my shake was supposed to be that runny. The girl said that she may have put a little bit too much milk in it and didn't offer to remake it. I asked her if she could, and she made me wait until the long line behind me was all taken care of first. One of the other girls named Lizzie slammed my new shake on the counter and said "here ya go" and walked away. No apology or anything. There was ice cream all over the outside of the cup, so I asked if I could please have some napkins. She then waved towards the end of the line, telling me I could get some myself. Lizzie was very rude from the beginning, thinking that we paid for our friends order incorrectly. We asked to speak with Cassie, the manager, but she wasn't there. We received a sticky note with her name and number and have tried to contact her several times, she has yet to get back to us. Lizzie kept arguing with us telling us that they can't remake something just because we don't like it. That wasn't the problem, the problem was that the $6 shake was made incorrectly and poorly and I wanted what I paid for. It wasn't the wrong order that bothered me in this situation, it was they way the young workers handled it and treated me during this.
