I don't like to give negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. I ordered my sons birthday cake because he loves ice cream cake and when I went to pick it up, it had nothing on it no flowers nothing just plain white and I specifically ordered a birthday cake for him. The inside of the cake did not have the layers that I asked for they let you pick out a different toppings for the layers, and there was no chocolate fudge at all or cookie crunch. Ordered my cake a day prior and we got there and Connor helped us out.. had ZERO customer service skills couldn't even look you in the eye with his earbuds in his ears the whole time mumbling while he's talking. Haven't been here in a long time but last night we had great service, everyone friendly, staff wearing masks and gloves. We both liked the taste and pretty good quantity. I got the like it size in a cup and it was plenty. We were glad they were open late because we were craving ice cream after dinner and it was sometime after 9pm. They also have ice cream cakes pre made for birthdays or special occasions and ice cream sandwiches in their freezer in the front door so you can pick. I usually like to come here to enjoy a nice refreshing ice cream but today I noticed the man whom seemed to be in charge had an aggressive attitude towards his employees. Worst SERVICE I ever had and the owner (I assume) made it bcause she scolleded the young guy for making the ice cream for the guy ahead of me because it actually looked like the picture. Unlike mine it had all the ingredients and more than 3oz of ice cream that I had to pay SIX freaking dollars for $6.00 ! Anyways I even politely said I wish I had the guy employee make mine and she just mumbled some sarcastic remark. Friends of ours gave us gift cards to cold stone, so I decided to take the missus and the kids. I remember a time when someone would utter the name "Cold Stone" and I would think "best place to go for ice cream!" Granted I hadn't been here in years, but something was different about this visit. The service was swift and the young lady behind the counter was attentive. The interior seemed clean. Once we went outside to sit at a table, I stepped in someone's ice cream drippings. Not a big deal. That could happen anywhere. But what was disappointing the most was the cookie dough ice cream. It's my favorite flavor and yet something about it was way off. I never leave left over ice cream but today I did. I also cannot recall a time when I didn't have a five star experience at Cold Stone until today. Service at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get the guy who loves tossing the ice cream way up in the air and has a good time and sometimes you get the girl who can't stand her job. That is the reason for the 3 stars. Inconsistency in service. But the ice cream is great. Update: I am reducing the three stars to two stars based on another visit to this particular cold stone. I arrived at about 20 till 10 and waited for someone to help me for a while when the gentleman finally got to me I asked if I can have a shake and he informed me that a half an hour before they close they don't make shakes anymore. So I had him make my ice cream as a wrote my wife and asked if she wanted anything else she said no no that's fine but, I feel like business is open they should be open doing what they do until they close they can clean after there closed. But the icing on the cake is that when he gave me my change back he said I'm short is that OK. Get with the guys. Management should care just a bit. Another update: reducing two to one... ok I am hoping ANYONE at this location sees this... I have again gone to this location and again made to feel like an inconvenience. I arrived at 9:27 on a Tuesday evening and the open sign was off, (it says they close at ten) a guy cleaning the dining area rolled his eyes at me and said something to the girl behind the counter before I even walked in. The two then talked about closing early so the guy could get to some stores before they close. As soon as the girl rang me up she left the building and went out to some guys in the middle of the parking lot. They closed at 9:38. Management or corporate (if it is corporate) needs to set some standards and enforce some rules. read more

Tables, chairs, and floor sticky to the touch, we sat outside at Jason's Deli. Bathroom not very clean, kids working the counter were talking about how bad the job is. My wife loves Cold Stone and I'm sure she will be back, but please clean everything real good so when I have to suffer, I can do it without being grossed out. read more

Ordered pick up through DoorDash. When I got there 15 minutes after the pickup time they hadn't even started my order yet. Waited for another 20 minutes with people who had gotten there before me and were also waiting on orders that weren't being made yet. Ice cream was amazing but when considering the price and the wait it wasn't even close to worth it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to get it and be home within the hour. read more

As others have said filth everywhere, odor permiates the entire store which would explain why the store was empty on a Saturday afternoon 5pm, owners husband and wife (both equally rude) serving the scimpy portions. My $5 ice cream consisted of exactly one (small) scoop of ice cream alongside a tattered runt of a funnel cake. Should have just gone to publix could have gotten a premium 1/2 gal. for the same price. Never going back to that location anyway. read more
