Oh my god. Going here was the best experience of my life even better than the birth of my children. Miguel was the sweetest boy and he has the brightest smile. He threw my ice cream in the air and caught it and he brightened my day. Peeing in the bathroom was like peeing in a palace. Ive never been happier in my life. Im going to go here everyday until i die. Very clean although there is a mosquito problem. I wont elaborate on that. It does smell like clean armpit tho. But i had a lovely time and will return. Love Cold Stone Ice Cream - started purchasing my children's ice cream cakes from them about 10 years ago when Carvel started to go down hill. Glad we made the switch, their is a much larger variety and while the price is still the same as Carvel, I don't mind paying $40 for a cake from them simply because its a far better quality - and like I said more variety - Carvel you only get Chocolate & Vanilla ice cream with stale crunchy things in the center. The only reason why I gave a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star is because wait time for a staff member to even acknowledge you is a good 10 minutes long if you come in at a time it's not very busy. But once a staff member does see you they are always apologetic and very friendly. read more

The absolute worst service ever. Super disorganized dirty/messiest place I have ever stepped foot in to get an online order for a customer. Waited 20 mins for another grubhubber get his order before me; i was there way before him for my order. Plus marked as ready when clearly was never started until I walked in. Its absolutely rediculous that us dashers and grubhubbers get treated with little to no respect over actual customers who are there physically paying. Was asked 3 times who I was there for no one could tell me the status of order because they like I have said hadn't made it. Not to mention gave me filthy bags with my customers food in it. I went to my local Cold Stone Creamery in Centereach, NY. The server that waited on me was clearly inexperienced. She got my order wrong and when her colleague corrected my order from a "Like It" to the "Love It" that I had ordered. She swore then basically scrapped the rest of the ice cream left on the stone into the correct size cup instead of just apologizing and starting over. My cup was short the size requested and another coworker made my daughter's, which was the same size. The difference between the two ice creams was staggering, not only in size, but in presentation. If you want horrible customer service, a lack of ice cream flavors, and melted ice cream as soon as you're ready to pay, then look no further and come here. I tried to give this location a chance, and each time I've left underwhelmed compared to other locations that I've been to in the past. Each time I've tried ordering they either "ran out" of the flavor of ice cream I chose or "ran out" of at least one of the toppings. I'm not sure how many times I have to hear this before they get their act together. You're better off going to Ralph's right across the street. Save yourself the hassle and use your money elsewhere. I have to say that the service/quality of employees at this location has tanked. Tonight, they couldn't get a simple order correct that was repeated and confirmed 3 times... and when I called to ask for a redo/refund... the woman who made our order tried to twist the story back on us. Had to return to the store (30+min round trip) to be remade and refused a refund or any sort of coupon for the inconvenience. Asst. Mgr was rude and short, unwilling to apologize or be helpful. Ironically as I was driving away I noticed that the Ralph's (ice cream joint) across the street was packed with a line around the building. Easily 100+ people there but Cold Stone was a ghost town. That right there tells you where you should be buying your ice cream!!!!!!! Formal complaint was filed with Cold Stone Corporate offices while sitting in the parking lot. read more

Ice cream was very good but overall I had a horrifying experience. While being rung up the workers started arguing and the worker who seemed to be in charge started flipping out in her employees for a simple mistake. She was very impatient with her employees and didn't even acknowledge us. All in all terrible experience. read more

Just ordered an 8" custom cake yesterday. Wasn't crazy about spending $45.99 but when we all tried it..well worth every penny. The mix ins were perfect..cake was moist and fresh..and looked beautiful. Seamless online transaction and was ready on time for pickup. Will definitely be purchasing more cakes in the future. read more

The staff are literally blind and stupid, they'll attend to whoever they feel like attending to even if you're standing in front of their face. Don't know how to speak up. I assume this must be a not-atypical LI Yelp misunderstanding. I find it quite remarkable I've never reviewed this place, and that it hadn't been added as a listing at all (it probably has been). Regardless, next to the also difficult to locate/poorly listed Badolatos Market, this CS is convenient but not brightly advertised along 25. Came in most recently for a Birthday Club Like It. Service was average from the ever-rotating staff and this is the first CS where I've noticed Spanish translations of flavors (most of them not quite accurate) of flavor names underneath the English monikers. read more

I've been to this location of coldstones a few times now and each time the staff is very friendly and they let you try the ice cream before you order it. The seating is limited but why would you want to sit inside when it's nice out right? The selection of the flavors are some what limited but honestly the staff works really hard in making the order right. This location is terrible. For the last 5 times we've been here, all of the girls are rude, uninterested in providing any level of customer service; EVERY time. Really cheap with the amount of toppings. We come here because we like the Coldstone concept and the quality of the ice cream is good. This time, my girlfriend got a kids size because the small is too much. She got the cup with the toppings put on top. My girlfriend said, oh I thought the toppings would be mixed in...the whole cornerstone behind the Coldstone concept. She goes, oh the kid size comes with the toppings on top. My girlfriend was pissed and mixed it in herself, and was successful doing it with her little spoon. The girl said, it's too "little" of ice cream to mix... I'm sorry, you can mix toppings with a scoop of ice cream...never coming to this location again. Why is it called a "mix-in" if you can't mix it in? The manager is clueless on how to run a business. Good location! Just miss the energy that it used to have when they first opened. No one really sings anymore when you tip and everyone seems really lax. Ice cream is still a hit which is a plus. I bought plain vanilla in a cup with dry toppings separate cup. She told me she would accommodate this request for separate topping container only this one time Their normal policy is to scoop out icecream from freezer bin Slap it on the counter to mix in dry ingredients I don't appreciate my icecream slapped on a counter top. On a recent trip to the domineering competitor across the street I noticed this shop too late. Went back another day and got a much better offering than the competitor's stuff and enjoyed the heck out of it. Sadly, its a little hard to see at the end of the strip mall. I walked in last night to an extreme line, stretched to the door. All the customers looked frustrated and annoyed by how slow the service was. Each employee was talking amongst each other, working at a snails pace. The boy behind the counter kept saying high school slang such as "oh good choice, that ice cream is lit" or "dope choice man." I finally made it to the counter after 20 minutes of waiting and ordered The Chocolate Devotion (chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, and brownies). I told the girl I didn't want chocolate chips and was instantly judged and called out by the boy saying "no chocolate chips that's the best part". As the girl prepared my ice cream on the stone, it looked like soup mixed together with minimal toppings. Walking up the register I was told the ice cream was $7.50 which was absurd for the amount of ice cream and experience I endured. I found the whole experience very unprofessional.
