They moved like they hated their jobs and hated me for showing up. No effort. No care. Just slow indifference while they handed over this disgusting product. Cold Stone charges real money for this garbage. It is not ice cream. It is barely frozen liquid with a weak cone stuck in it. Total rip off. The service matched the product perfectly. Both were awful. I will never go back. Stay away from this place.

owner is a complete joke. if you are looking for a job here or a parent helping your child look for a job i strongly advise against this place. there is no management besides the owner, and he constantly talks down on and belittles his employees. while my friend was working for him, he gave her a gift and insisted that she repay him with a hug and a kiss. totally weird and coincidental that she had just turned 18 less than a month prior. he puts employees under immense stress and everyone dreads going into work. the person who makes the ice cream (the owners daughter) never wore a hair net and the FOH workers got scolded for it constantly when complaints would come in. the owner changes the labels when inspection time came and when old mix-in options were way past expiration. in my time i had to throw out countless containers of fermented fruits because he wanted nothing to go to waste, even though it was a health hazard. read more
