I always like a good Cold Stone ice cream. The times I've been to this location, they do a horrible job with the mix-ins. They're mix-in but hardly chopped/broken up. Love coldstone ice creams .. it's so fresh and tasty .. especially love the strawberry ice cream with fresh berries . Service can be faster .. when it is crowded it takes a decent amount of time .. This coldstone location is smaller than most and there is no sitting area. The counter space takes up most of the stores space so the line area can get pretty tight when the line is long. When I visited, the store was pretty crowded but the line moved pretty swiftly. I love that they offer pre packaged mixtures and cakes but normally they mix up your choice of ice cream anyway you ask. Just a typical coldstone's in a mall location. read more

Wanted to call in and pay for a birthday cake 2 days in advance. Lady said that it would only be possible to order online or to come in person and to have a good day, then hung up the phone. Also expect exceptionally long lines as I have never been to the mall when there weren't at least 10-20 people in line for ice cream at this place. However, if you are in the area for the Mall or a Movie, this is where I would get ice cream. Same as any other Coldstone except small (no seating area) and not as many ice cream cake/pie choices. At times the line can get long but they do their best to get people out of there quickly. At times its hit or miss as far as how well your ingredients are cut up and mixed but they do a great job most of the time. read more
