That along with outstanding customer service will level the competition. If you can find a way to get your cart out there and get more people to taste it, they'll show up at your store. Maybe clear your smaller garage bay and store it there on a trailer. Leave coupons for shut-ins like John Knox & other convalescent homes for Door Dash delivery. I really love pretzel bites and these were not bad but also not what would make my list of great. You get a cup with a dip of your choice for $4.50 (or close). It was a perfect small bite sized cookie for me. I like the fact that they have a smaller size options because it's great portion control for someone watching their weight or someone like me who is a diabetic and doesn't want to be tempted otherwise. Note: you can literally ask them to add ANYY topping on the small ones. Banana cream cookie - the cookie base was soft and had a thick layer of banana cream. It honestly felt like enjoying a tropical drink with bananas with buttery finish. It had a very strong flavor and my husband loved it. Cookies and cream small cookie - soft, creamy, and chocolatey, sprinkled with small chocolate cookie pieces and chocolate syrup. This flavor was definitely nostalgic. Tuesdays are usually our favorite because the 16 oz. cups are $6 fully loaded, which is a great deal. Today, however, was a completely different experience. The kids apparently grabbed the wrong-size cups, and when we got to the register, we were told they had to be put on the scale. I asked why they weren't $6 like they normally are on Tuesday, and the employee told me we had the wrong size. The frustrating part was the attitude. Earlier, I had asked for sample cups and was told my teenager had already been given enough, in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Then, when I asked if we could simply transfer the yogurt into the correct-size cups, I was met with a look and attitude that made me feel like I had asked something completely ridiculous. We ended up paying over $40 for frozen yogurt, and honestly, I was pissed. And that's an understatement. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that there are rules regarding cup sizes and pricing. But customer service matters. There was an opportunity to handle the situation kindly and find a simple solution, especially with a customer who comes in every single week. We normally look forward to coming here, but after today's experience, we'll be taking a two-week break from Yogurtini to make up for the extra money we spent today. Hopefully, management will take this as constructive feedback because we genuinely enjoy coming here. It would be a shame to lose regular customers over something that could have been handled so much better.
