Wow! We had excellent service here, the kind woman behind the counter was so patient and helpful when it came to selecting ice cream. He got the cornbread berry flavor and I got the vanilla light and churro flavors with some mix ins. We really enjoyed quiet the outdoor seating and the quick and friendly service. Terrible customer service. Guy was rude and unpleasant to each customer and short with everyone. When we walked in he chose to finish 10 minutes worth of tasks and went to the back while myself and my kids were just waiting. While I was paying he was short and rude to an Uber Eats driver too. Mom and I have never had CC before so she wanted to try it. We weren't wowed by it, but I can see why people like it (it's super duper sweet). The man working the shop was pleasant. I did not care for the ice cream. It has this weird consistency which I likened to being the Love child of soft serve and saltwater taffy (lol). I was amused by my inability to flick the mass off my spoon. It's stretchy, dense, very creamy, and super sweet. TBH I wasn't really in the mood for sweets but mom wanted a treat. Mom didn't finish hers. I finished mine because I wanted to eat the whole thing before I decided if I liked it or not. She had the Strawberry blonde (?) and I had the birthday cake remix. I will add that the man working the shop made those mixes FAST. I think I blinked and it was time to pay lol. Very disappointed by this experience. Ordered for pick up and selected the blast freeze option since we would be bringing them home with us. When we got there ten minutes early, they were making our orders. Granted, we were ten minutes early, but if these were going to be blast frozen I'm not sure how that would have been accomplished in the five minutes between when they finished making them and when our order was set to be picked up. Once they were done making our order, they informed us that they were out of the sprinkle dipped bowls that we had ordered and only had plain bowls. Disappointing, but not nearly as disappointing as when we got our orders. I ordered the "Cookie Doughn't You Want Some," and they forgot the cookie dough! It's in the name! To top it off, they gave me a kids size rather than a "Like It!" You can't even order a kids size in the signature creations and yet that's what I got. The second ice cream we ordered came in the correct size so it was very obvious when they were packing it up that the sizes were not the same, so I'm not sure how it could have gone unnoticed. This really could not have been a worse experience. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

We drove several miles to have delicious Cold Stone only to be served melting ice cream! When we asked the server if she would mix our ice cream on the cold slab, she threw it on there for a Few seconds, folded the topping in barely and slapped it back into the cups. The first two servings she didn't even mix. Such a disappointment along with the unfriendly attitude, this is a disgrace to the Cold Stone name. They're fine but their employees can use a customer service training or two. I politely asked for the Coffee Lovers and before I could even get the word out, the rep cut me off "We're out of coffee".. could've followed up with some alternatives or just a simple "is there anything else I can interest you in?". Always a good spot for a cold treat but lately there's usually a line to the door. The staff is always very nice and the ice cream is always flavorful. If there isn't a line, they probably just opened, but either way, stop in and get some ice cream because I'm sure a line will form behind you soon enough. read more

Horrible experience!!! Worst customer service ever!!spend your money elsewhere! Would have rated 0 stars if possible. Ordered a birthday cake for the next day. Took 3 phone calls and ended up speaking with the manager. That was no better, however with hesitation I placed an order. The next day I called to confirm the order was ready and correct. That was a disaster as the lady I spoke with could not tell me. She assured me the cake was done and in the freezer. I asked her to let me know the flavor and greeting on the cake, to see if it was correct. She disconnected the call. I called back and she said it was done and in the freezer but she was unable to confirm the type of cake or the inscription. Apparently she could not check the freezer??!! She told me to call back later. And ended the call. As my event was that afternoon I quickly called a reliable bakery and placed the order and they were able to have it ready in 30 minutes. Tried to cancel the cold stone cake... they would not answer the call. Trying to be polite I called back later to inform them I am canceling the order due to lack of customer service and the inability to confirm the order was correct. She told me she was unable to cancel my order. I am just thankful I did not provide a credit card or pre paid for the order. I will not be returning and will spread the word to avoid that place at all cost!! read more
