I scream, you scream we all scream for ice cream!

Fun place - busy, line was out the door but the workers were fast and friendly. Missed the singing tho....do they still do that? Ice cream was great, kids loved them. It's really dumb not to buy-up the next size, especially if you have a freezer to save it for the next day. They had dairy-free option at no additional charge! Good place and location. Happy we visited on our vacation!

Really good ice-cream here and always fresh. The price is reasonable and the service is quick and on point.

Very taste and cute location I wish they had my favorite coconut flavor. Not even my strawberry sauce over all I still going to come back.

It has been a long time since we have stopped in one of these and they are still fabulous. We were shopping for shoes next door and my kids wanted ice cream so we wandered in. There was a large group in front of us which gave us a chance to go through the extensive menu. I love that they prepare everything right when you order it. I got the One Smart Brookie which consists of Classic Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Brownie and Cookie Dough. Once prepared it looked nothing like the picture but it tasted wonderful. I got mine in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. There was nothing about this I should have had but it was so good. It can be a a bit difficult to eat the bowl but it is worth the effort. So tasty. This location is in a good area with plenty of parking.

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. Their service was fantastic and the ice cream was amazing!!! Thank you guys!!

No stars. Horrible. Ordered from Uber Eats. I ordered four different ice creams totaling almost $50. Two of my selections did not even arrive and the two that I did get were not any of the ice creams I ordered. Do not order from this location.. absolutely disgraceful.

The ice cream is quality Blue Bell brand which already told me the ice cream is great. I will say that the shakes and a decent size and could be shared with a friend or family member as they are exploding with sweetness. I really enjoyed the Hot Fudge Nachos as it was a fun spin on a hot fudge sundae. This is definitely an experience I recommend! There is plenty of indoor seating, two large sinks in the back of the dining room to wash out your souvenir mason jars, colorful murals on the walls, friendly and welcoming staff. Menu board, handheld menus and a photo menu book to look at to help you make your decision. You do t have to get the souvenir mason jars with your shakes but they are cute if you want them.

This place is very Instagrammable, which I'm sure was part of their plan (and I think it worked)! They have all sorts of crazy concoctions with fun names, many in mason jars (hence their business name). These concoctions aren't cheap, and I think anyone would be hard pressed to finish one themselves, so if you're not big on sweet treats maybe share one. They do have some options for basic ice cream, etc. in dishes, but that is not their wheelhouse. The staff was very helpful in answering questions, especially because the menu is a bit overwhelming. They make each concoction to order, so you can make some substitutions but that also means it will take some time to get your order (especially in a large group).

Since I didn't want to go out into the humidity, I just stood inside and enjoyed my sweet treat. The texture of the gelato was incredibly smooth and creamy, and I could taste the distinct pineapple flavor in every bite. It was thoroughly enjoyable and did an exceptional job of cooling me down. A good balance of espresso coffee flavor and not overly sweet. It was creamy and cold. It may be homemade. The cookie was not good. More hard and crunchy than soft and pliable. I understand there is a "fine" balance when making cookies for sandwiches. Slightly hard and crunchy so it doesn't break too much but pliable enough to sink your teeth into the dough and ice cream.
