I rarely go but, when I do, I'm always satisfied with their service and attentiveness to me as a customer. I like watching them add toppings to my ice cream while churning it all on the frozen granite stone. They have many choices for toppings like candy, fruits, and nuts. They also sell cakes which you can place an order for for any occasion. As soon as you hit the door the smell of ice cream rushes your nose. I love that smell. Fun place - busy, line was out the door but the workers were fast and friendly. Missed the singing tho....do they still do that? Ice cream was great, kids loved them. It's really dumb not to buy-up the next size, especially if you have a freezer to save it for the next day. They had dairy-free option at no additional charge! Good place and location. We didn't even make it to the parking lot and our ice cream was liquid. All we wanted to do was eat it from our car versus inside. They didn't have peanut butter Ice cream, like I had hoped. My son ordered a small chocolate ice cream, they scooped too much and gave him a large for the price of the small. Which would've been great if it didn't turn to liquid the moment, you walked out of the business. My husband ordered Sweet cream with Butterfinger and Twix, it was a disaster. He literally could pour his ice cream out of his cup and it got all over him because it melted so quick. I ordered the cookie dough ice cream with peanut butter cups and peanut butter sauce. Somehow I got sprinkles and I never once tasted any peanut butter sauce. ‍ Maybe it's because we went there an hour before they closed but definitely not a fan of this establishment. It has been a long time since we have stopped in one of these and they are still fabulous. We were shopping for shoes next door and my kids wanted ice cream so we wandered in. There was a large group in front of us which gave us a chance to go through the extensive menu. I love that they prepare everything right when you order it. I got the One Smart Brookie which consists of Classic Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Brownie and Cookie Dough. Once prepared it looked nothing like the picture but it tasted wonderful. I got mine in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. There was nothing about this I should have had but it was so good. It can be a a bit difficult to eat the bowl but it is worth the effort. So tasty. This location is in a good area with plenty of parking. read more

Haven't been to a Cold Stone in years but I feel like they're all essentially the same. Even their recommended mix ins have been the same since I was a child. Got a craving to come here last night. Service was quick and they were even willing to make my order in the back to accomodate my allergies, which was very helpful. The ice cream tasted as good as I remember it being. If you want ice cream spend the 45 minute wait driving to a different place! The line was a bit long, almost to the door of the shop but no joke (I timed it) it took 45 MINUTES to simply order ice cream. There are five young people working here with no sense of urgency. This is a joke to them. Not to mention the HARSH chemical smell as soon as you walk in. My whole group got a headache and only two stayed inside to order. Would not recommend! read more

The Celebration location down the road has cheaper prices and much better service. I do wonder how anyone can say the staff is friendly when that hasn't been my experience at all. The first time my husband and I came here, the 40-something guy that works there didn't give us any napkins. When I asked for some, he gave me one. When I asked for another one (there were two of us, after all) he begrudgingly gave me another one and warned me napkins were limited to one per customer, so he won't give me an extra one next time. Recall, there were two of us there and he gave us two napkins in total - one each! That policy makes no sense for an ice cream shop, and I thought his behavior was strangely aggressive, but figured he's just aggressively frugal and maybe unaware of how he comes across. My second visit was to pick up an online order I made for my husband and myself. I asked the younger man working there for a cup holder, but they didn't have any, so I asked for a bag to carry my order in, and as the younger guy was handing me one, the same older guy working there told him not to give me one. I said "I'm a paying customer and I can't have a bag?" He said no and when I asked why, he snapped "it's our product and we don't have to give you one." How incredibly rude and difficult. The pattern of short tempered and miserly behavior is so unusual and uncalled for that I can't help but assume that something other than frugalness was motivating his behavior. I will not pay higher prices for worse service, so I will certainly never come back to this location. read more

This location was horrible. Went in to order my family ice cream, the staff was rude to all customers. Literally threw my ice cream in the bag upside down and threw it across their counter. The young girl with a pony tell jumping in on her co workers interactions actually caused one family to leave mid order! I would not recommend this location. My teenage son and his two friends went out to get ice cream. We are staying at the Margaritaville resort and this location is walking distance. They left the resort and walked to get ice cream. While gone, a tornado was spotted in the area. My son texted us to ask what he should do. We instructed him to stay put u til the storm passed. However, the employee working at the time kicked them out. They had no where to go and were forced to walk back in the storm. We are very upset that someone would be so unkind. read more
