We were at ICON Park and my husband wanted ice cream. This is conveniently located right in the middle. We walked in and did our usual taste some samples. They only have high chairs and bar top seating by the walls/windows and outside seating. My husband hurried up and ordered. He paid for his ice cream and I did not. I downloaded their app, and soon enough when he was finished ordering I received a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream. So make sure to download the app. Such a great deal can't complain. I tried a few scoops. Decided on the strawberry cheesecake. I did wish I tasted the strawberry more but it was the cheesecake that was more flavorful. I always get a little bit of a hassle when I ask for a milkshake but if we're just getting ice cream, everything runs smoothly. Only downside is that the sticker gets stuck to the cone so you can't eat the whole cone, I noticed this problem with all of Haagen Dazs locations, they may want to look into this! If you are one of those people that are scared of heights, grabbing ice cream here might be a good alternative for you. It doesn't make sense to review the actual ice cream, because let's face it, who hasn't tried Häagen-Dazs or who doesn't like it? Practically no one. It's delicious, expensive and good for your soul. You can get ice creams (cup&cones), ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, milk shakes and even frozen drinks like smoothies or iced coffee. Prices are moderate, but you are in an extremely touristy area, so prices do reflect that. Okay so i really hope this is the right location but me and my girls went here last night and i believe his name was dominik he was great!! We were really indecisive and he let us try his favorite (the midnight cookies and cream) and we all loved it and ended up getting a scoop in a waffle cone he definitely peer pressured me into getting 2 scoops but it was a good peer pressure. Treated employee poorly. I ordered small sundaes and new employee used regular cups. Cashier wanted to charge for the regular instead of accepting the mistake. Went on to tell the new employee that if she would be paying the difference of the sundae since she messed up the order. The Ice cream is good can't complain there, but honestly dont know how this place has a 4 star rating I've been here a couple times now and every single time it's been a horrible customer service experience, the worst attitudes ever. I could understand if one is tired after a long shift but I've been here a handful amount of times now and every single time it's been a bad experience can't ask for anything without the workers making faces or seeming like they are complaining, but the last time I went was officially the last time I'll ever go there again, they talk about the customer right in front of you I understand Spanish "they must of not known that" cause they were talking about us to each other making snarky comments and laughing all while we were standing in front of them completely disrespectful and we never gave them an attitude or were disrespectful towards them at the beginning. My friend got a Coke from here that tasted horrible checked the expiration date to find out it has been expired for months...went in told them they barely seemed to care told her to grab another and she checked every single Diet Coke and alllll of them were expired at that point with the nasty attitudes and very little concern we were bothered as well, just asked for a the refund so they could take some type of accountability and he just looked annoyed, we grabbed refund receipt walked out the door just to hear him say behind our backs in Spanish "you are suppose to say thank you."
