They said they could have it the following day but we'd have to pick it up. They promised the cake would be ready. Just got off the phone. The cake was never made. And the girl (who said she was the only employee in the store) said only a manager could refund the money, including the delivery fee and tip. So, no birthday cake, no refund, and no manager available to address the issue. A horrible way to run a business. There are better options available and we'll be using them going forward. read more

Down here visiting my Mom and only the chain ice cream places were open at 8pm. My son wanted to try Cold Stone because he heard it was really good but never had it (the one near us closed ages ago ... I can't remember if my 14yo son was even born yet). Man, I forgot how good it was! In fact, I don't even remember it being so good! I got the Founders Favorite. My son got peanut butter and cookie dough. We each tried each other's and it was sooooo good and creamy. The peanut butter ice cream really packed a punch like no other. Staff was friendly, at least the guy who served us was. Very polite. As we looked for a table to sit at, every table was dirty, the floors were so disgusting. The high chairs were so filthy, I watched as a mother of an infant was picking one to put her child in couldn't find one clean enough so she held her child while she tried to eat her ice cream. I recently tried this place and so far I like it. just today (June 14th) I tried my favorite combo: French vanilla and strawberry and was put in a wafer cup. although the wafer didn't taste that good, who doesnt like ice cream in their teenage years? one thing I also hope is that Nintendo could bring back some of their flavors with coldstone,because I always wanted to try the Kirby one (I believe it's bubblegum!). Anyways, the service was also great! they asked me questions to be more specific and so far I get what i usually order. When my wife, which was last to order, attempted to order a milkshake, she was told that they couldn't because the blenders were "smoking." We just went yesterday. They had 5 people behind the counter. One person was training two people. I never saw them come out to wipe tables or chairs or the glass. I read over the coupon numerous times and no where on the coupon did it state that it needed to be printed! so I get to the register and I have to put back my ice cream because they don't accept coupons on your phone, it should be stated very clearly on the coupon that it must be printed. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. The stone had been turned off well before closing. We weren't even acknowledged when.we walked into the place. The customer service was bad and that's putting it nicely. I specifically pointed at the posted of what I wanted and said the name of it. She scooped just the ice cream without making it the way I requested. When I said that I wanted the cheese cake pumpkin spice. I got the answer that the stone was turned off and she could put the toppings on top. The attitude was one of not caring at all about customer service. I have actually not gone before b/c I didnt want to be sung at. Otherwise, the ice cream is insanely good. I always get the cookie minster. Mint ice cream, oreos, chocolate sauce.... MMMMMM! The service is quick and friendly (hello.. they sing to you) the area is clean, they have a great manu of combinations if you are feeling dangerous. They are a bit pricey, but with the Love It size you get enough for a pretty bad belly-ache. There is the Like It, the Love It and It, and the Gotta Have It. When you try to order the Like It, they Always tempt you woth the Loe it "for 40cents more." And, being the glutton for punishment that I am, I accept the Love it.
