I called and asked about availability of cakes and they were nice and answered my questions. When we arrived, they answered more of my questions and rang us up. They were friendly and helpful and the chocolate ice cream cake looks delicious. We've always had good help and ice cream here. The store was clean and they were readily available. It's a small shop with a few tables in case you want to stay and enjoy your treat inside. It was surprisingly not busy on Sunday afternoon. I bet if more people would take the time to leave reviews when things go right, their overall score would be better representative of their normal performance. read more

Well, the ice cream was good, at least. The service was not great. It didn't take long to receive our order, but the employees were not the nicest or very knowledgeable. It's getting quite expensive for a small cup of ice cream. $9 for the gotta have it. I went this time because they gave a bogo offer for your birthday through their loyalty program. I tried to use it, but the discount did not come off. The employee was unwilling to fix it and said to come back again to use it. That kind of defeats the purpose of a bogo. I am absolutely heartbroken. I drove an hour and a half each way to pick up a custom ordered birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. Instead of getting a cake covered in sprinkles all I got for my $40 was a cake covered in white whip cream with pink writing that said happy birthday on it. I honestly love this place but when my dad, my husband and I went in this evening we received the WORST customer service from one of the workers there. There were two workers tonight. The petite one was so friendly made our experience a great one but the OTHER ONE.. (I wish I got her name) she was more on the heavier side, gave us the worst customer service ever! I have to say I'm really disappointed in how this store is being ran. I went to get a Strawberry Blonde. As I was about to be served, the employee asked me in a very rude tone what I wanted. I told her what I wanted and the whole time she was making it, she was being aggressive to not just me but towards the employees as well. Came here for the first time in a long time. Since they switched owners things haven't been the same. This has been a few years I believe. I use to visit this location every Friday with my family for a weekly treat. I have stopped this. The customer service is horrible and the taste of the ice cream is not consistent. I went in this evening and there was an older woman who worked there that was just arguing with the customer in line before me,she left upset without purchasing anything I should have known to turn around then. Walked in last night around 9pm 3/4/22 and forgot a mask. The girl behind the counter asked if we had a mask and I told her I didn't have one and asked if they had any. She said no and that they couldn't serve me, all the while, her mask is around her chin and not over her nose at all and halfway over her mouth.
