Unfortunately, I had already driven out of town when I discovered the problem, so I couldn't bring the food back. I contacted the bakery to explain what happened, but instead of offering a refund for the defective food, they offered me half off a different sandwich. Why would I want to spend more money at a place that just sold me food I couldn't even eat? Mistakes happen, but good customer service means making things right when the customer receives a bad product. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled and will think twice before spending my money here again.

There is complimentary water but not much seating options. The pies are baked daily I believe BUT if you have the chance to get one of the freshly baked pies (only been on the shelf an hour or so), you'll get some of the most beautiful crust experiences. All 3 times I've been I've reached for the Marionberry pie and every single time it's been a hit for whoever I end up bringing here. They have gluten free options for the pies as well but there is no guarantee that there would be a gluten free option for every pie-- I could be wrong on that, I would recommend calling in advance. A wonderful little pie store for a lovely little town, I would definitely come back again!
