Their voicemail and website then stated they would also be closed for the next two days. What's most disappointing is that I received absolutely no phone call or notice that my prepaid order would not be fulfilled. For a business handling special occasion orders, failing to contact customers about canceled or unfulfilled orders is extremely unprofessional. I didn't even get a refund for my order, will need to do a charge back on my card now.
