If you are looking for a local gem that truly cares about its community, you have to visit Chris'…read moreBakery. This family-owned spot has been a staple for years, and it's easy to see why. Whether we are stopping in for their delicious **breakfast sandwiches and coffee** to start the day or picking up a variety of **sweet treats**, the quality is consistently amazing. We have also ordered **cupcakes** here on several occasions, and they never fail to impress--both in how they look and how they taste! Beyond the food, the atmosphere is what really sets them apart. They work incredibly hard, yet they are always so **friendly and welcoming** the moment you walk through the door. We even love getting gift certificates here to share with our students because we know they'll be treated to something special. I can't say enough great things about this business. If you want to support a hardworking local family and get the best baked goods in town, this is the place to go! The CRONUTS are to die for! Thank you Chris' for providing the community a warm welcoming place with delicious treats!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Chris' Bakery. Unfortunately, I had already driven out of town when I discovered the problem, so I couldn't bring the food back. I contacted the bakery to explain what happened, but instead of offering a refund for the defective food, they offered me half off a different sandwich. Why would I want to spend more money at a place that just sold me food I couldn't even eat? Mistakes happen, but good customer service means making things right when the customer receives a bad product. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled and will think twice before spending my money here again.

I came to visit yesterday as I was around the area looking for a snack but ended up walking away…read morewith two, the strawberry shortcake muffin and double chocolate cookie, since they looked really good. I met the owner as well and she was very nice, letting me know that they had taken over management only a couple months ago. Their custom cake looks really epic too! However, I didn't like the two items at all, they were both overly sweet. The muffin was super oily, where it seep through the wrapper and bag, which is shocking because the muffin was actually dry and crumbly...not sure how that works. The muffin also lacked any filling, so it was dry and plain, other than the topping, which was way too sweet. The cookie wasn't that bad, I wished that they used dark chocolate because it was really sweet, and a bit hard. The best cookies for me are the ones that are crispy on the outside but soft in the inside, which this one is hard throughout. I personally don't like sweet things so if you have a sweet tooth, definitely check it out - but I was surprised about the muffin as I never seen such an oily muffin before but that's also dry.
