we went in (around 8 or so), it was pretty busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The workers behind the counter seemed like they were working as fast as they could to help get everyone their desired desserts. Luckily there are so many options that we took the time to really look through the menus (which are posted on the walls), the flavors, toppings, and even the sizes. We decided to try one of the new flavors cookies n' peanut butter and we mixed in white Oreos, cookie dough, and graham cracker crumbs. It was SO good!! The ice cream itself had peanut butter slivers in it so there was a perfect mix of flavors in every bite!

Hands down the WORST root beer float. Please tell me when they started putting root beer floats in an ice cream bowl??? $9 for a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the "like it size" bowl and a splash of root beer??? Then we asked "doesn't it come in a cup"? And she replies no it comes in these... what the helly!!

They have a variety of different flavors and combinations if you don't want just a plain flavor. My go to item is the banana Carmel crunch. It is absolutely the best hands down! Simple yet so tasty. The service is great. You are always greeted and they are fast on making your ice cream. I've never been to Cold Stones and place the order. So it was a confusing and new experience. Had no idea that the large came with Four Scoops but thankfully Edith was so patient, kind and polite. She worked through all of my confusion and still provided Superior Service with a smile. Even I was working my own nerves and my kids agree that I was super confused. So i installed this app specifically to leave this review. I love the coldstone chain, But today i got scammed. I asked for a Love it mint ice cream and instead got literally like one little scoop of ice cream that barely filled the cup. Even my brothers love it sized ice cream had a single tiny scoop. I didnt get the guys name but he was some indian guy with the biggest smile on his face i think he was high or something. I dont mind my ice cream server being high but at least give me my moneys worth please! Literally finished my ice cream before i got out of the parking lot and i aint even a big back like that. The ice cream is always gonna be good quality but my problem with this place is just the portions. Please do better i wanna be happy with coldstone again lol. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. But extremely poor service. Cold stone failed to deliver my online order for an ice cream cake for my husbands birthday timely and I was given coupons to rectify the situation. When I tried to redeem the coupon with my kids, I was accused of stealing the coupons and that they don't do deliveries. Well here is the text from my delivery driver and the my receipt that shows that they did do deliveries. When I provided my receipts, the manager all of a sudden changed her tune and said ok we can honor it. No thank you. The damage is done. You should never accuse customers of stealing. I was extremely offended and I will never give this place my business. read more

So my daughter wanted Cold Stones and she was treating so why not....Plus it's a local spot and we try to support local business as much as possible. Just a heads up they do tend to be busy but it was worth the wait. What made it worth it even more is that my neighbor (who is a year younger than my daughter) works here. It's his first job and he was the one who got to wait on us. It truly is special when you've known someone from before they were born to now see them come into their young adulthood. He did a great job on our ice cream request and we got plenty for our money. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter wanted cold stone ice cream last night 7/23/23. We were out running errands, and had 7 minutes to spare before closing at 9. When we arrived, there were people in line inside the store. My daughter walks up to a locked door. The associate in the store just gave her a smirk, as the customers inside looked on. She felt very humiliated she said. As we were leaving another couple walked up as well and was not let in. Hmm!! I wonder what there policy is? I work in customer service and we cannot lock the doors until exact closing time specified!!!! read more

I was pleasantly surprised when driving by the area that there was a highly rated boba place I hadn't been to before. When I walked in, I was surprised by how busy it was. There was a line for the kiosk and after I ordered my drinks, the line was consistently to the door. There was a very wide selection of drinks to choose from and I appreciate them having unique flavors and twists to drink. I was contemplating between a matcha einspanner and the oksusu (corn) matcha latte. When I asked if there was a way to mix the two, Taylor was super friendly and helpful to explain how each drink was made and differed from one another and then took the time to give me options on how I could change up my drink. I ended up going with the oksusu matcha latte because the Korean in me loves corn drinks but Taylor had the barista add a rim of matcha syrup that you typically get in the einspanner. I loved the oksusu flavored foam with the little crunchy puffs. The matcha flavor was a little lighter than I typically like but still props for the unique take. My hubby got the Hokkaido milk tea. It was definitely a very sweet drink with a caramel like syrup in it which is different than how we've had Hokkaido milk tea at other boba places. If you aren't into super sweet drinks, I would recommend going lighter on the sweet level. You order through the two available kiosks here. I noticed there wasn't up to date menus on Yelp photos so I will upload the different drink options I saw through the kiosk!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They had so many popcorn flavors to choose from, and the whole visit felt fun and personal. My kids had a blast, and they were even given a free toy, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the experience feel extra special for them. As a bonus, they were playing Mariah Carey song after song while we were there, and I found myself singing along to "Love Takes Time." It honestly made the visit even better. You know you've found a good local mom and pop Filipino market when within seconds of walking through the door you spot balut, homemade ensaymada, a fish fry counter, and shelves stocked with traditional Filipino brands in the kind of variety you normally only see at Seafood City. They carry many of the staples and specialty items that can be hard to find in the Inland Empire. I visited this store tonight with my friend and We were instantly greeted with a Hello Welcome to Coldstone's by a Julia who was extremely friendly and helpful since we had never been to Coldstone's she was Great! I had such a great experience at Cold Stone thanks to Edith! She was handling a busy shop all on her own and still managed everything with so much grace. Despite being short-staffed due to the recent fires in the area, she kept a positive attitude, stayed attentive, and had a genuine smile the entire time. came here yesterday for some ice cream and it was 5 min till closing and was still pretty packed . Poor kids were getting yelled at from a customer for doing their job in the back making ice cream and cleaning up . lady was going crazy but I think these kids did a pretty good job ! Favorite ice cream place to go to! Not only because of the ice cream but because the costumer service also!
