We always love trying new flavors at Cold Stone!! The ice cream is always so thick and creamy -- it is our absolute favorite. This location was very clean on the inside and had lots of options for pre-made desserts (ice cream cakes, ice cream cookie sandwiches, and even pre-made ice creams with mix-ima). When we went in (around 8 or so), it was pretty busy. The workers behind the counter seemed like they were working as fast as they could to help get everyone their desired desserts. Luckily there are so many options that we took the time to really look through the menus (which are posted on the walls), the flavors, toppings, and even the sizes. We decided to try one of the new flavors cookies n' peanut butter and we mixed in white Oreos, cookie dough, and graham cracker crumbs. It was SO good!! The ice cream itself had peanut butter slivers in it so there was a perfect mix of flavors in every bite! read more

Google says they are open until 9 and I just arrived and the girl that works here said, "sorry but we are closed, we closed at 8 today." Had there been time adjustments made online, I wouldn't have wasted my $6 a gallon gas to get here. I also won't be coming back. read more

They have a variety of different flavors and combinations if you don't want just a plain flavor. My go to item is the banana Carmel crunch. It is absolutely the best hands down! Simple yet so tasty. The service is great. You are always greeted and they are fast on making your ice cream. The location is clean and up to date so I do like that. So i installed this app specifically to leave this review. I love the coldstone chain, But today i got scammed. I asked for a Love it mint ice cream and instead got literally like one little scoop of ice cream that barely filled the cup. Even my brothers love it sized ice cream had a single tiny scoop. I didnt get the guys name but he was some indian guy with the biggest smile on his face i think he was high or something. I dont mind my ice cream server being high but at least give me my moneys worth please! Literally finished my ice cream before i got out of the parking lot and i aint even a big back like that. The ice cream is always gonna be good quality but my problem with this place is just the portions. Please do better i wanna be happy with coldstone again lol. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. But extremely poor service. Cold stone failed to deliver my online order for an ice cream cake for my husbands birthday timely and I was given coupons to rectify the situation. When I tried to redeem the coupon with my kids, I was accused of stealing the coupons and that they don't do deliveries. Well here is the text from my delivery driver and the my receipt that shows that they did do deliveries. When I provided my receipts, the manager all of a sudden changed her tune and said ok we can honor it. No thank you. The damage is done. You should never accuse customers of stealing. I was extremely offended and I will never give this place my business. read more

So my daughter wanted Cold Stones and she was treating so why not....Plus it's a local spot and we try to support local business as much as possible. Just a heads up they do tend to be busy but it was worth the wait. What made it worth it even more is that my neighbor (who is a year younger than my daughter) works here. It's his first job and he was the one who got to wait on us. It truly is special when you've known someone from before they were born to now see them come into their young adulthood. He did a great job on our ice cream request and we got plenty for our money. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter wanted cold stone ice cream last night 7/23/23. We were out running errands, and had 7 minutes to spare before closing at 9. When we arrived, there were people in line inside the store. My daughter walks up to a locked door. The associate in the store just gave her a smirk, as the customers inside looked on. She felt very humiliated she said. As we were leaving another couple walked up as well and was not let in. Hmm!! I wonder what there policy is? I work in customer service and we cannot lock the doors until exact closing time specified!!!! read more
