My visit with my family today, February 1,2026, left us disappointed. It was our first time and will probably be our last. The lady taking our order was nice and answered all of our questions. The food was good, but we felt the portion size did not reflect the amount we paid for our breakfast. A $55 bill for a barely half filled bowl of menudo, eggs and sausage (which cost extra) and what looked like a kid's portion of chilaquiles. If you want a place where you'll get your money's worth of food, I unfortunately advise that you skip this one. read more

Walk up counter to order - no table service. My friend ordered a bacon breakfast burrito. I ordered egg breakfast, over easy eggs, potatoes and beans, flour tortilla. They do not have water unless you buy a bottle. Eggs were cooked correctly. Comes w/1 tortilla. Beans were unseasoned and tough and dry. Potatoes had tomatoes and onions and could be good if they were seasoned. Salsa is unseasoned. No salt no flavor. Queso fresco is not good either. No salt or pepper out. They were hand making the panes - Mexican sweet breads by hand in the back. Missing prices. I do not see how this place has stayed open. I hated my meal. I won't be back. This place is Absolutely amazing! I've been coming here for about 3 years and they are the most consistent place when it comes to amazing taste! My go to is the green chilaquiles with the potatoes instead of rice beans, and eggs, sunny side up. Authentic 100%! Taste like mom made it! From the presentation to the taste 10 out of 10! Fresh squeezed OJ on the side and a cafe! Let's goooo! I moved to Los Angeles a few years back and still make my way to Moreno Valley for this GEM! Worth the drive! We had the tortas and tamales. The tortas were good I liked all the toppings and the protein was tasty and I will likely be coming back again. The tamales on the other hand were not really good; they were very dry and didn't taste fresh, the green chicken ones in particular didn't seem to have any sauce whatsoever it was just dry chicken. read more

Also ordered a dozen tamales (pork in red chili sauce and chicken in green sauce) as well as some assorted pan dulce and champurado. My husband and I thought the food looked, smelled, and tasted amazing! The burritos and tamales were a good size. The pork tamales was my fave out of the tamales. The pork was so tender and juicy with a good meat to masa ratio. The chicken tamale was good too, but the meat was a tiny bit dry and could use more green sauce. The masa on both was very flavorful and moist. The meat in both tamales had a good flavor too. I spent about $50 total and felt the prices were fair. So happy I found this lil gem close to home. I have always had the habit of not going to restaurants near home, but usually it is due to being unable to find decent food that is priced right. Divino's has been consistent and has never disappointed in the quality of food, prices, and service. The ladies are always so nice and they will take my broken Spanish with patience any day. My favorites have been the chilaquiles, chile rellenos, and THE BEST menudo. I highly recommend this little restaurant for anyone who is looking to try the cuisine all the way to those who are well versed. If they did not close so early, I probably would try to get away with eating here for dinner more often.
