Took the family out for Coldstone only to be let down..... yet again. In the past the store has just been dirty but the product was ok. This time there was no stock. Nothing to sell us. It wasn't supply chain. Just the employee advising that they didn't make the flavors. Hard to explain to a 2 year old and 5 year old. Of course the employees don't care. But neither does corporate as I called in and let them know what was going on and it's been a few days and they haven't responded. Bottom line is choose another venue to get your fill. This place is awful. read more

Slowest workers ever. Took about 30 minutes to get through 4 customers. They were extremely unorganized and kept leaving their stations to run to the back to grab stuff. I asked to add heath crumbles to mine and the worker proceeded to ask ME which was butterfinger and which was heath. Sorry how am I supposed to know. They should have these things labeled. Coming from someone who worked at a cold stone 10 years ago I'm appalled at what I'm seeing. It's 7:40pm on a Sunday night. People are lined up to the door and there are 3 employees here and they worried about making cakes for the next day instead of the 30 min line we are standing in. What's with Park City? The lack of staff is awful right now. I'm on minute 20 in line and I've moved 2 customers. There are literally 27 people in front of my party and they have 2 employees. There are about 10 people behind us. A group of 6 just left after a 40 min wait they said. Note to customers, if you walk in and see 2 employees leave. Sometimes you just have to laugh. It's just ice cream. I ordered an ice cream cake for my husbands 30th birthday and asked them to write "Happy Birthday Jeremy" on it. The 16 year old kid was sitting on the counter on his phone when I walked in, he was super friendly and he said "I just finished making your cake!" Before bringing out the most hilariously bad looking cake I've ever seen. I'll let the photos speak for themselves, but despite spelling Birthday "bthdwy", it looked like it had taken a tumble down a flight of stairs. If I could give this 0 stars I would. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. First off, they were using their bare hands and then when I got to the register they accused me of lying because they made my order wrong. I found the email of the owner and sent an email requesting a refund. I was told we could go in and get two free ice creams instead of a refund but I was not told to which location. I do not live near this location and my husband and I were visiting there for our anniversary. I went to a different location and showed them the email we were told to show and we were denied the free ones (makes sense after they told us it's owed by someone else). I reached out again and was told they would send me a giftcard since they couldn't do a refund. After sending me address and everything they BLOCKED me!! How unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend Cold Stone to anyone. read more

Several young teenagers appeared to be working there but they had not desire to work or deal with the crowds. Several would disappear into the back where you could see them checking their phones. The girls were more concerned about talking with friends than working. I didn't realize till we left that my ice cream was made wrong. They were super friendly but my ice cream was melted. I got the don't you want that dough signature but instead of giving me cookie dough bits they gave me one giant piece of cookie dough. Cold Stone was introduced to me years ago, and if it weren't for fear of my waste line getting out of control I would frequent this place much more. What could be better, creamy home made soft serve Ice cream with your choice of almost endless ingredients. You get to design your own ice cream!! This has to have Ben and Jerry freaking out. I mean this has got to be the best idea since the invention of ice cream. Not to mention you have it whipped up right in front of you on a cold granite slab! Not to worry for those that have tough times with decisions, if the toppings, and flavors are to much for you to handle you can try some of their already thought up concoctions, and trust me they're on the wall for a reason. P.S. Go with the Chocolate Devotion, or Coffee Lovers Only (add caramel to them) and you're in 7th heaven! read more

Pricey..... but soooo good. It's ice cream with the topping smushed around inside.... who wouldn't like that??? A small cut plain, a med cup of coffee and a double cone was 16 bucks. So prepare yourself. Good service and good stuff. But be prepared, the place goes off and can be packed. We came if after the storm of kids and the place was a mess. A worker(Marcus) was very successful in keeping good business etiquette despite rude customers making noises and causing ruckus. He was very zoned in on his customers and did not disappoint on his customer service. I was very proud of the composure the young man had and also of the company's hiring system. read more

I am so extremely disappointed, me and my family went for a ice cream run. But we left that place with no respect for one of the employees. One of the guys that was with us went to go order but the employee ( Marcus) completely ignored him because Marcus had his friends in the building and thought that they were more important than helping a guy that wanted some ice cream.
