Really yummy! My husband has celiac disease and it is always fantastic to see a dedicated gluten free restaurant. We both got their "The Hippie," in the form of a wrap for me and a sandwich for him. It was so yummy! The crispy sweet potatoes in it were so tasty. The dressing vinaigrette for the side salad was also so tasty. Been here a few times now and recently diagnosed with a bad gluten allergy (auto immune). This place is God sent. I will be making this a weekly rotation. If there was any suggestion I could give, since so many of us with gluten allergies have dairy allergies also, it would be groovy if dairy free items were indicated. I've been wanting to try Luna's but when my boyfriend wanted a home cooked dinner for his birthday versus going out, I had to quickly pivot to find some vegan birthday treats. I ordered a flatbread and asked to have the item not cooked and without cheese. I also ordered vegan cupcakes and a couple of vegan cookies. I was so impressed that Stacy reached out and pointed out her flatbread was not VEGAN, as I had asked for no cheese and ordered vegan desserts. I am a regular at Luna's Kitchen and I get so excited to come here weekly. The food there is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Every time I've been there, they've made me feel so welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend trying the smoothies, juices, immunity shots. They have a wide variety of gluten-free deserts. My favorites are the strawberry pop-tart, berry cream cheese swirl, mocha doughnut, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls! Oh and the cookies are also amazing. You won't be disappointed! The menu is quite diverse for such a small space and perfect for grabbing a healthy lunch and a delicious smoothie after your mountain adventures. WOW! I'm so mad that I am just now discovering Luna's Kitchen, and I've been up in Park City for months. As someone with celiac (and someone who can't cook/bake to save my life. Bad combo, I know.), I've had to accept that I won't get to enjoy some of the foods I use to love. When I discovered Luna's Kitchen this week, I was blown away to discover SO many amazing gluten free options to choose from. I've now tried the ham & cheese quiche (delicious crust!), avocado egg bite, overnight oats, and the berry cream cheese swirl. All four were an easy 10/10 for me. I also had to keep my fiancé from stealing the berry cream cheese swirl - it was phenomenal. I could eat that every day. Element Kitchen, you leave me no choice but to leave you a 5 star review. It saddens me that I didn't take a picture, as we got the food to go, and ate it traveling - so quickly. Organic? Yes. Thank you, for I will give ANY organic establishment my money, at least once, to support you. I couldn't decide what to order but went with the avocado toast with a poached egg, and the roasted half chicken. I grabbed some to-go sides pre-made from their refrigeration section. Roasted sweet potatoes, roasted butternut squash, roasted Brussels sprouts, and a roasted root veggie medley. All of these sides were absolutely delicious!! The veggie medley was my least favorite, it needed a little more seasoning. The squash and sweet taters were so yummy! The avocado toast, on GF bread, had a generous amount of avocado, with a hint of lemon, and the poached egg was perfectly cooked. Amazing! The herb roasted organic chicken blew my mind!! The flavor, and so moist, so delicious!! The chard and winter citrus salad was the perfect accompaniment! Gnocchi dish is also delicious, and served with a lot of veggies, which we appreciate. But we added chicken, and they did way too much chicken. There were hardly any gnocchi! Next time I would skip the chicken. Sujuk was delicious. Mexican chocolate pot is incredible!!!! Do not miss this!! I don't even generally like that style of dessert, but it was out of this world. Seriously. Shaved Brussel Sprouts were excellent- just needed a little more dressing, which they were happy to bring. GF bread not so great. Eating in was nice - nice view of pretty clouds at sunset from the bar stool area. Nice outdoor seating for lunch too. Service pretty slow. This place is very expensive for their mediocre treats. I waited 40 mins to get my food-a sandwich. It is not busy. I will not eat here again. We are all sitting here wondering what is going on. Element Kitchen & Bakery is a GREAT addition to Park City. The staff is extra friendly and the food choices are delicious! When this place first opened, I didn't go in because I was under the impression it was pre made meals that had to be requested in advance (ex: HelloFresh / Planted) - boy was I wrong! They have an extensive menu of delicious/healthy/organic meals that you can sit and enjoy there, or take away. In addition to the refrigerator selection of pre made meals. Portions are plentiful. They have a nice little seating area inside and outside (when the weather permits). There is plenty of parking. My only negative comment would be the food preparation took slightly longer than I expected - but, it was well worth the wait. Try this place out! It is exactly what Park City needed. read more

I don't live in Park City, but whenever I'm in town, I make sure to stop at Luna's. They have the best, always gluten free, healthy food that is reliably delicious. I have never ordered anything here I didn't like if not love. My favorite items are the BBQ pork, sautéed veggies, chili, apple-carrot cake, and pop tarts. Luna's is such a hidden gem of Park City. I am gluten free and came here at least five times in the month I spent out here. Everything they have is gluten free and a number of options are vegan. I honestly would have expected more vegan/vegetarian fare but it's enough. Their baked goods are DELICIOUS and I loved everything I had. The poptarts and cake pops in particular are excellent. My friend had quiche which she said was great. The only lunch food I tried was premade soup, some ginger flavor, which was fine. I love this place! Luna's Kitchen is easy to find and there is lots of parking. I am from out of town and was looking for a healthy meal to bring back to my temporary home. There are many dishes here that intrigued me; filled with flavors and textures that remind me of a good home-cooked meal. I picked up the grass fed beef lasagna and the chicken enchiladas with cauliflower rice and black beans. These items came pre-made in oven-safe trays and can be conveniently heated at home. I was deeply satisfied by these classics! They reminded me of cozy comfort food, but with organic and healthy ingredients. I also tried the chocolate pot-de-creme and it was fantastic, and had a memorable flavor like Mexican chocolate. I will be back to try more sweet baked goods and lunch/dinner options! read more
