Well..... where to start. Ok......I'm a huge ice cream lover. Like.... anything chocolate with peanut butter.... I'm gonna try it and I am certain I will love It. Today at Cold Stone was a very questionable experience. Here's why.... We ordered around $40 worth of ice cream. And in 3 of the 6 orders, something was missing. It's unfortunate because we got our order to go and did not see the missing stuff until we got home. There was a lot of disappointment. There is a certain expectation. We all have it when we go to Cold Stone. Today was one of those days where I was totally let down. I was so disappointed that I didn't even take pictures while I was there. But I managed to take a few shots of them being enjoyed. Even if they were not made as we wanted. My Peanut Butter Cup Perfection was a little short of perfect. But I ate it anyways. One last thing.... if you give a 20% tip the team members will sing a song. I watched them do that for everyone before us who tipped. I was literally looking forward to our turn. First time at this establishment and I was not disappointed! We walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff. Having never been there, I had several questions to which the young lady cheerfully answered as I was making my selection. I settled on Peanut butter perfection, it was just that, a creamy blend of chocolate ice cream, peanut butter and peanut butter cups! WOW! Additionally my girlfriend had cake batter batter. Received coupon in the mail. Was attending a birthday party and was in charge of the cake. Have only tried DQ ice cream cakes in the past and are "meh" about them. Figured it wouldn't hurt to try a competitor. Easy online ordering and picked the date and time to swing by for my cakes. Upon my arrival called in and was promptly greeted. A minute later my order was out the door and I was on my way. Best part: the CAKES WERE DELICIOUS!!! Not only ice cream, and icing, but real layers of cake too. I love Cold Stone! This is a very nice location that also offers cake pops and Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory items. The girls who works here are very nice and I love the ice cream! I tried the banaa bread batter and it was the best ice cream I've eaten so I got the churro sundae with that instead of vanilla and it was delicious! My son got the brownie sundae with the oreo ice cream which was also very good! Great location, I would recommend it to anyone! read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place! This is my favorite affordable ice cream joint. If I'm out east for work or family, and get the urge for something sweet, I hit up this store. I think the management here is awesome, and I always get a good end product. I make app into come during the day, Usually when Ronnie is running the place, simply cause she's fan-flipping-tastic! One thing that I'm not terribly fond of is the Rocky Mountain chocolates that take up almost half of the counter space. Pure chocolates have never been my forte. But the store seems to sell a good amount, so the added treats are warranted. I have forever been stuck on this company's Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip novelty. A few months ago my husband and I noticed a rocky mountain chocolate factory on a map then coldstone on another map. After looking into it, it seemed as though the rocky mountain chocolate factory had closed and coldstone opened. Since it was in the middle of winter and there were 5 inches of snow on the ground we decided we weren't in the mood for ice cream. Today we wanted to have a sweet frozen treat and were shocked to see that it was a combination location! I got a peanut butter like it with cookie dough and my husband got the German chocolate specialty. As always, ice cream is delicious. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 stars is because I have another local ice cream stop that is near and dear to my heart. We also got some candies for later and the staff was very friendly! I'm so excited that I know this is a combination location now! I will go back for sure! read more

Had the churro surprise, a "Hot Stone" specialty. And, boy, was I surprised. The churros' constitution was somewhat hard and rubbery, difficult to chew. As if the churros had been microwaved too long. The ice cream was decent though (praline pecan). The chocolates looked tempting. But at $19.00 a pound, I passed as soon as I woke from fainting at the price. Could have had a small truffle for $3. Passed on that too. I'll think I'll stick to Culver's down the street. It's candy...my GF and I ordered a medium and large ice cream and would've been about 10 bucks give or take then we saw the candies and said we'll take a couple of these and a few of that. I step up to the register and she says "69 dollars" I had to take a step back and make sure I was still in an ice cream shop... anyhow, I sucked it up and payed almost $70 for some ice cream and a few chocolates...I'll still go back for ice cream but just FYI they're candies aren't much better than a snickers IMO read more

I usually by ice cream to one of their competitors in the area, but I decide to have something different. I just have to say, I was disappointed. It was creamy and a bad way and it just didn't taste that great. I'm lactose intolerant, so I really have to be the mood to buy ice cream. I was really exciting and I went with something safe, the apple pie ala mode. It just didn't taste right, and I ended up tossing half of it. I don't think I've ever thrown out ice cream in my life. Now it could have been just the wrong type, but it was bad enough that I could no longer finish it. I'm the child of immigrants, so throwing things away is difficult for me.
