Service was fine - the girl was nice but the slab was way too warm and the ice cream was completely melted as soon as the cup was handed to me. Not sure why she didn't use the colder part of the slab or if this is just a problem with this company in general. Definitely won't be getting ice cream but flavor was good, would opt for a milk shake next time to avoid this. read more

FILTHY. Walked in and the smell was overwhelming, thought twice about ordering from there and thought "well maybe it's a leaky cooler or something". Went to the bathroom before ordering and walked right back out! Absolutely disgusting, I've seen gas station restrooms cleaner than that. Floors were gross, top of "toppings" bar filthy, cash register and counter disgusting. Cannot believe they let it get like that which begs me to ask what else are they not cleaning? The ice cream is creamy and delicious and I like all the toppings that can be mixed in, mostly the fudge and nuts and caramel. The employees are friendly. It's a bit pricey, but most ice cream places are. I like the location because you can sit outside and enjoy your treat. read more

One of the worst experiences yet. Waited in line for over 20 min with two girls working. A family of 4 were in front of us and one of the employees solely took care of them. They held up the entire line as the all ordered a round of ice cream for each of them...then they scarfed it down and decided to order a whole other round of ice cream and made the entire line wait. To add some even got a third round. When it was finally our time to order I asked the other employee if that was allowed and normal for customers to do and she replied that it's not but there is nothing she can do about it because it's the owners daughter. read more

Went in with four people, one diabetic. The server was very patient and helpful while allof us tried samples of different flavors. The ice cream was very tasty. The no sugar vanilla with pecans mixed in satisfied our diabetic friend. For the chocolate lovers we had a seasonal chocolate truffle fudge with raspberries mixed in and cup of oreo mixed with dark chocolate peppermint with brownie and chocolate flakes mixed in. All were extremely satisfied. I had a mix of sweet cream and coffee ice cream with heath bar mixed in. It was like eating a frozen mocha - Carmel latte. Just what I was looking for. We did go around mid afternoon on a Thursday, so wait times could be longer at busier times. read more

I usually don't review but had to for the following. My wife had a BDay BOGO coupon sent to her so we decided to use it. At the register I entered the phone number and it came up for the coupon and then it had the button to submit. As normal I hit the button so that the register would get the info and I would only have to pay for one but at this location the register didn't get it. The young woman behind the register then got the manager or owner and all hell broke loose because he said if it didn't come through when I entered my phone number then I didn't have a coupon, but I already had entered it and redeemed so it wasn't going to show up again which it didn't, so he called me a liar basically and wanted me to pay full price for both unless my wife could find the email that came with it. All this time the ice cream is melting. My wife finally found the email so he was going to give it to us, but now I wanted them to remake them because the ice cream was melting all over the counter and they refused so I told them to keep them all because they have no respect for the customer or making them happy, it's all about the dollar. Stopped here on a Sunday night to get ice cream. They looked closed and we could see they were cleaning the floors, but the store was open for another five minutes. She charges me 13 and change for 2 ice creams, when I had a valid coupon and tried to tell me the coupon applied. Which it clearly didn't because I can clearly read. I left the store and came back because of the crappy experience I had and she continued to lie saying the coupon was applied. I contacted corporate and found out she lied about the coupon I had and claimed that she offered to get me a supervisor which didn't happen.
