Ordered from The Peach Cobbler Factory for the first time. We were sooooo excited to try these desserts. We ordered Peach Cobbler, Peach and Blackberry Cobbler and Banana Pudding Brownie. These desserts may be fresh baked daily but there is no way they use fresh ingredients. The peaches they used were in a thick gooey super sugary base. There was no taste of the peaches at all. The pie crust was very dense and tasted as though it was not fully baked through. Very disappointing. Banana pudding did not taste like bananas, although the pudding base was smooth and creamy. No evidence of bananas. The brownie was delicious. Highly recommend it. Skip the "whipped cream" as it is likely cool whip; also super sugary and did not melt like real whipped cream after being in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. As others have recommended, find a bbq place that has home made peach cobbler made from scratch with all fresh ingredients! read more

This place has really good cobbler. I love their caramel apple cobbler with walnuts. It's fresh, great crumble and decent amount of apples. Definitely worth trying. read more

Located in shopping plaza, lots of parking, well lit and signage. Walked in menus on the wall, clean with inside tables. Greeted promptly and with friendly hello. Explained first time visit and staff spent a few seconds explaining menu and options. Ordered basic cobbler that was fresh and hot came with order of vanilla ice cream. Good size portion of cobbler and ice cream. Had it to go, staff indicated they'd give extra frozen ice cream and 20 min later was still warm and ice cream was not melted. Oh so good. This place is tucked away in a plaza, and while I think it's a bit overrated, I may be biased as a die-hard pie and cobbler lover. That said, they offer a variety of treats like cinnamon buns, churros, and more. We ordered the peach cobbler, apple caramel cobbler, and an order of churros. Both cobblers were served warm with a side of vanilla ice cream, which was the perfect complement. Was looking for some dessert saw peach cobbler discovery Way and Port St. Lucie went over to pick up one peach cobbler and banana pudding and it was the worst. The peach cobbler was too thick not good at all and the banana pudding had no banana. The worst almost $20 for two desserts that was very disappointed never again. read more

I wasn't sure on this place. The ice cream comes prepackaged from a freezer which made me question the quality. By the time we got home the separate cobbler was still warm though and was it came together for an absolutely delicious bowl of heaven. read more

I wanted to love this place so much, but the truth is that the actual deserts are just not particularly great, they're just good. Even its namesake peach cobbler which, let's be honest, should be AMAZING considering this entire franchise is named after it, is kind of mediocre! The peaches were undercooked and didn't seem like they were even fresh. The dough for the cobbler was kind of bland. If I didn't know any better I would say they just have some partially or even fully premade peach mix they're using for this. I also ordered a cinnamon roll, which was equally mediocre. The banana pudding was pretty good, nothing special though. They seem to think that if you just stack a bunch of different toppings on things that makes the items special, but that's just not the case unfortunately. At the end of the day, I really want this place to survive and actually be good! I would love to have a dedicated restaurant just for great deserts, but as it stands now, it's just not good enough. I think the owners have spread themselves too thin with the excessively large menu and really need to focus. A good place to start would be fixing their peach cobbler. It needs to be good enough to be truly excellent. It needs to be so good that it's memorable, iconic even. If they can get it to that level, they might have a business on their hands. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a few months and finally decided to go in. I've tried hundreds of dessert places in my life and this is definitely top 5. Besides tasting good it actually has alot of variety and leaves you full (I like getting full from to the point that I can barely move, some people don't) Good service too, friendly staff but really the standout is the menu. read more

The place is obviously a chain very sterile inside and it smells funny when you walk in. The peach cobblers are nothing special the cinnamon buns don't even compare to Cinnabons. It was edible but almost $40 for 4 people completely not worth it. All 4 of us agreed we won't be back. read more
