What I receive was a scoop of something that tasted nothing like ice cream, and it had only 2 chocolate chips and not even 1 tiny piece of cookie dough. It was an awful tasting blob. There were 2 females "working" at the counter. Neither wanted to take our order. The restaurant was filthy dirty. Not even one table was clean. To put this simply, management should be present on a busy Saturday night. Leaving two teenagers to run the whole store is extremely poor management. I also suggest more training for their staff. Lack of communication and people skills. Wrong orders, no apology, out of products that we paid for, and lack of "give a care" by both employees. Placed online order several hours before picking it up. Walked in at 6 pm and the two young high school girls were there alone. No one had even looked at the online orders. They apologized and started working on them. Had no idea about a bag to keep ice cream cold while traveling. There should always be a manager of some type when you have young people working. This order should have been done before these girls even got to work ( assuming they came after school) i witnessed them helping the lady before me get hers to go and the lady had to clean the ice cream bowl before leaving. My wife picked up two 1/2 gallons of ice cream for my birthday on 6/14/22. The first one was okay but the second one was completely freezer burnt. Contacted corporate through their customer contact form and have been ignored. I'll never return and neither should anyone else when they charge $16 for freezer burnt crap. We live on the East side but my daughter does drum lessons on the west side and this time we thought we would get a treat afterwards. I was there yesterday with my daughter, Dec 5th at 6:40pm and the two girls working there were so rude, unfriendly and apparently hate their job. There were two tables that appeared available and as we started ordering one girl who was "cleaning" put up a sign on the glass in front of us that said lobby closed. I then saw sign saying they close much later so mid order I asked if that means we can't eat inside. She said no because people make too much of a mess and it's too much work for us. Nothing about Covid as the reason. The girl making the ice cream acted so taken back when I then asked if she can put tops on our ice cream and we will eat them at home. And since we had to go home I needed another one for my other daughter who wasn't with us. The girl made a sigh like she didn't want to make another cup. Even my 11 year old gave me a look like wow they are rude. At check out I asked for a bag to take the three items home and she sighed, again and threw a bag in front of my daughter who then put our items in the bag. I so wanted to say something to them as we were acting very friendly but those two were so ridiculous and I was so astonished how rude and how much they must hate their job, I chose to not say a word and ruin the short time with my daughter. After I paid I decided to ask for an owner card or manager number so could tell them our experience as I too would want to know how they are treasuring customers. The girl behind counter said she didn't have one. So that is why I am writing this review here. We won't ever go back to that store and I highly don't recommend it! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into this location 2 weeks ago today. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday, which is today. The woman took down my order for a cookies and cream cake and wrote the instructions for what I wanted written on it. I paid her $39.01, which the store happily cashed in from my bank because it is in my bank records. So, today I go in and a different woman is working. She tells me that this location doesn't normally do cakes and there is no cake in the back for me. I told her we get a cake there every year and I should've been told that when I ordered or later when she realized her mistake. She said there was nothing she could do besides call her manager. I asked to speak to him, but she spoke to him for several minutes in the back where I couldn't hear. She came back and said she checked with another location and they didn't have one either. I asked to speak to the manager so she called him again. Meanwhile, I'm furiously digging through my purse looking for my receipt. No luck. I've never had to produce a receipt before but the manager said without a receipt the best he could do was give me a discount on another cake. Why should I pay for it twice?! How many people ordered cakes for August 31 that say "Happy Birthday Caleb"??? I still can't find a receipt, so I'm not sure I was even given one since they have no record of it. This is extremely poor customer service. So now I am out $39.01 and my son has no birthday cake. A good manager would have given me a cake and/or refunded my money. He also could have checked the receipts for that day and seen that there was a cake purchased but not picked up (unless his bookkeeping skills are as poor as his customer service). At the very least, a good manager would have called the employee that was working that day to see if she remembered taking that order.This is not right that the money was taken out of my checking account by them but I am not allowed to receive a cake. We live down the street, so they've lost years of potential business from us and everyone we tell about this just because the manager is so tight with money, poor at customer service and lousy with managing his employees. Ice cream was delicious. But the service was Extremely disappointing. Wasn't greeted. Employees wouldn't give eye contact. Both of the young ladies acted like they hated their lives when mixing. And the guy at the register had no idea how to take a payment. You need to teach your employees good customer service. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to get ice cream! It is more pricey, but worth it. I make my own combination of chocolatey goodness, and it truly is to die for. I like the different size options a lot. You can even ask for a kid size, which is smaller than the like it. read more
