I will say it would have been nice to offer to warm it up but it was still yummy. Then, the lady working the counter called out my iced matcha and I immediately knew just from looking at this drink that it's not matcha. I sat and took two sips from it and it was straight up sugary milk... not a single ounce of matcha was put into this drink. It was almost $7 for this drink by the way. I'm not sure why they would hand this to me or why they call this matcha but that was a joke... I finished my cronut and then went to her for a refund on the drink. She didn't ask any questions, didn't apologize or ask what they could do differently... just gave me a refund and had her throw it away. Based on my experience, I will not be coming back.

He sees me and immediately goes back inside. I pull up to the window and no one is present in the store. I see a black individual (young) smoking at the door just outside drive thru. I pull up and ask if he works here. He said yes. I asked if they were open as no on was responding at the drive thru. He looked over at the white individual as he was heading back inside and said, "I don't know. HE'S the kitchen manager." I left. It was 6:34AM. As I pulled away, I could see several other vehicles in line. I went down the road to a competitor and gave THEM my money. Not happy. I expect more from this chain. I can see now that the store opens at 6:30AM. In my opinion, at 6:30AM SHARP someone should've been taking my order. Not at 6:33, 6:34 or 6:35, which is when I assume the first order was taken.

We had to wait at the counter for a long time for anyone to help us and had some issues trying to get a kid sized ice cream, but overall had a decent time.
