I spoke with Scott Bechtel who is the managing broker. He interrupted me, would not listen to what I was trying to convey and called me a "Smartass" twice. I reported him to the headquarters and they did nothing. The issue is so out of hand, I've been forced to file complaints through the state and BBB. I've never been called names by a manager before. It was shocking and gives me an understanding of what kind of behavior he allows.

I got multiple red flags, but kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. Zillow mistakenly shows that he got top dollar for my listing. However, it was listed as being 1,270 square feet, when it was actually 1,745 square feet, which makes it look like he got a higher rate per square . I was railroaded by this agent. He was manipulative and deceitful. Ultimately, my concerns were proven right. He never allowed enough time or opportunity for prospective buyers to see my place, and have time to consider it. He literally insisted on closing the window to submit offers after only a few days, and only allowed a select few to see the place. I can go on and on. Beware!!
