I am very shocked at some of the very out rages prices for some of the houses in the city of Victorville California. Here is a city that does get tornados. This can really mess up a beautiful brand new house. Then this city gets rain flooding. Some of the rain floods can go up to four feet high. Houses were not built with a drain system . Then the city of San Jacinto is not far away. To include the Salt and Sea. This is very important because the city of Victorville is next to the San Andria's Earth Quake fault line. So hypothetically if you buy a house and then make your last house payment then the big California earth quake happens. Guess what. Now you do not have a house. Note: Property insurance does not rebuild you your dream house. You pay this because you have to. Note: A house could be priced at $350,000.00. Yet the real estate agent wants more and more money. It does not end. After its all done , meaning escrow. Now there is more money you have to dish out. For closing costs. Then the appraiser. Then the home inspector. Now if you lose your job because the Corona Virus. Now all the money you put into this house of your dreams go's into the toilet . Now the bank you borrowed the money from can legally throw you and your family out into the street. Then put a foreclosure on your house. Now when you buy the house a real estate agent in Victorville is never going to tell you about the extremely bad weather conditions. A real estate agent only cares about very big profits. Making a sale. Plus: His very big commission. Now Coldwell Banks do have money hungry real estate agents. Some might use hypnotherapy. This is the power of mind control manipulation. The motive and intent with this technique is to make you the customer to feel rushed to get into the house of your dreams fast. With this state of mind you will sign one document right after the other. With out even using a dictionary to look up words you have never seen before. Note: The strategy behind using uncommon words in any document is to get more money out of you. Plus: To trick you into signing something against your self. Its a form on entrapment. That's why real estate agents from Cold Well Bankers want you to sign all the documents very fast. All documents you sign are final and binding . Why does the Cold Well Real Estate agent treat you like this? Because they really do not care about you and your best interest. The Cold Well Bank real estate agent only cares about making money and big profits. They are like pimps. They will tell you any thing you want to hear. Yet will not put it writing. This is why they use what is called the ,( Rush A Customer To Sign the Documents Technique ) Also called the ( R.A.C.T.S.T. D.) Technique. Some times they just call this the "R" Technique. The real estate agent will even start calling you by your first name. This is called the ( Be Friend a customer idiot technique ). Or the ( "B" ) Technique. All real estate agents that successfully take advantage of a customer some times have big private parties . They laugh and joke of how they scam paying customers in a failing market. Most paying customers do not know about what is called the ,( Big Hang Out Parties ) . This is where real estate agents get drunk and brag about much they scammed their client out of so much money. They laugh and joke. They brag about how they had the customer so frightened about not getting the house . The customer signed all the documents in only two minutes flat. This causes real estate agents lots and lots of hysterical laughter. Not too also mention their big commissions they make. This is sad . Yet, this type of corruption is with the complete permission of the bank. Some times big bank owners , managers and big CEO's go to the ( Big Hang Out Parties ). This is very bad customer service. Honesty is a thing of the past. Real estate agents will promise you the world. However; If their verbal promises are not in writing, then their verbal promises do not mean a thing. Bad customer service. If a real estate agent is not willing to put every thing they say in writing they are lying to you and what to scam you. That is some expert scam artist real estate want to send you a text message. This is not a paper trail. As compared to them mailing you a letter and sending you a email of everything they have to say. With their signature. Its then one lie after the other. Bad customer service. Fran Fox was our agent - She is a no-nonsense professional that did her homework on the neighborhood and comparable homes before she met with us the first time. She told us what we needed to do to get our home ready for sale, priced our home right for the market, and sold it in less than a week! We had an agent that was not willing to drive to the High Desert for "a couple of showings". We decided it was time to find someone new and called Allison. She was able to meet with us the same day we called and set up showings for the few houses we were interested in. After the first showing she pulled out her computer and went through other available homes in the area and we went to see the others we liked. Check your rental for hidden cameras.... Rick Mayorga made it clear he was watching my 7 year old son in his bedroom and my girlfriend and I having intercourse in the master bedroom. This was described in extreme detail.... Also, prior to this incident he discussed what he called "gangster evictions" and I witnessed one of these.
