Found the a nail that was the problem, fixed it, and had it out of the bay 15min or less. He charged what seemed to be too little but said that was the usual rate. Fred couldn't have been any nicer. Obviously, not anyone picked up the phone on a Sunday afternoon, except for the Swan's Garage. The incredibly kind Mr. Fred Swan who happened to be at the shop, initially offered to come and take a look at my car the next morning, and when he found out that I have AAA membership so he instructed me to have the car towed to his shop right away. First thing Monday morning he ran a diagnostic and determined that my car need a new starter but he does not carry starters for a foreign car. He then called around to see if other shops carry the part before he called me, explained the situation, and suggested several options for me. In addition, he helped to call the closest dealership, provided me with contact information to local towing companies. When I finally arrived at his garage, I found that his lot was full of cars waiting for repairs. I was deeply moved by his genuine kind-heartedness to assist a traveler from another state, understanding the urgency of my situation, gave me priority as I needed to leave PA as soon as I could to catch a flight. All the work he did for me, he did not take advantage of my situation and would not charge a dime. He is a true Good Samaritan!

Service was requested through AAA…read more On 3/3 I hit a patch of ice in a bridge and went off the road about 50 to 60 yards. Fire department arrived and check everything out and said I might have even been lucky the car maybe driveable. So when requesting for tow service coopers called me to inform me they would be coming out to assist. Took them an hour to get to me. No bigge I had no problem waiting. Tow truck arrived started to squeeze him self in between my ride who came to me because they learned I was in an accident and the police officer. Tow truck driver didn't say a word to me and went straight to he car. Hooked up to my rear tire because that's the ok only way to pull me up towards the road. I did tell him we want to see if it's drivable before being towed to a destination. So he hooked up to my rear passenger tire and had me start my car up and put it in neutral and to turn the tires. Mind u he didn't even look there was a tree branch kind in my tires... when I said something about that he went to it and just perked it out before even looking it over. So he pulls me up close to the road and then unhook from my tire and went to hook up towards the front assumption is to pull the front right to make me be parallel to the road so he can pull me up on the trailer. As he was hooking up the front my dad who was there for me saw him hooking u p to my passenger driving axel. My dad asked why he was doing that and the tow truck driver got very ugly from there. Stating do you do this job no then ok let him do his job... my dad said that he knew what he was doing and that my dad works on cars.. they guy ended up saying that either let him do his job or he would be leaving. And then it really passed my dad off yes my dad dis say some words too telling him he was about to f my car up by pulling the car on the axel and it would have ripped it right out of my car.. the guy ended up packing up and drove off and then as he drover off told my dad to f off and flipped him off.​ I would never recommend this company ever!!!!
