Luckily for me I removed Google Chrome from my phone and used my Samsung phone's internet search to find them.

I inched into a parking lot (very loudly, mind you) and took a look under to see the damage. I spent the next couple hours at work wondering what I was going to do; I was 1 1/2 hours away from home and the resonator disconnected from the front, meaning if it dropped it could do a lot of damage to the car. I checked for nearby mechanics and found three within a range I was comfortable driving with the broken exhaust. The first two had rave reviews on Google but, when I called, nobody answered. John's was the third and I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews and the single 1-star review (on Google). However, I made the call and he set me up with an appointment that day after I got out of work. So, after work, I drove over and passed the place once not knowing what I was looking for. My GPS yelled at me and I made a U-Turn, found it on the corner, and carefully found an empty spot in front of the building to park. John almost immediately came out and greeted me. Let me tell you, the 1-star review saying he's rude is so far from the truth; he was exceptionally friendly and we conversed over several different topics while he hoisted my car on the lift and got to work. It only took him 30 minutes to weld the resonator in place, fix the hanger, fix the rear clamp, and even shorten the rear clamp bolts so they wouldn't hit anything. As soon as the car came off the lift and was started, it was quiet again. What a relief! At this point, I was already elated knowing I could drive home only 30 minutes after leaving work and wouldn't be stranded but I knew the bill was coming. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never had exhaust work done before but I was pleasantly surprised that it was far below what I was dreading! You have no idea how helpful that was; my job doesn't pay much and I'm living paycheck to paycheck while paying off student loans and back-taxes from mistakes the IRS made. I have almost no money to spare, so the fact that this repair was within my budget and I didn't have to put it on credit or make a payment plan just absolutely made my day. If I lived nearby, I'd come here for all my service needs. If you live nearby, I suggest you check out John's; you may be pleasantly surprised. =)

Gave these guys a try when I started having intermittent problems with an electronic module on my…read morecar. Basically the deal is to mail them the unit, and they will inspect it for a fee, then either repair or replace the unit (additional fees) and mail the unit back (free shipping in USA). According to their website, they can repair modules from several German makes. Their website is a bit clunky, but I was able to order the service/repair needed. Their phone agents are great. They were able to answer all of my questions. In addition, they have a chat function where I was able to converse with the actual technician working on my module. They looked at my module within 2 days of receiving it, and informed me of the problem (mechanical failure in my case). I paid for the replacement service and they had a unit ready and mailed out in under a week. When I had a warranty issue (the 1st unit they sent out had a minor problem), they were prompt in procuring and configuring a 2nd unit. The technician and I maintained a chat the entire time which I definitely appreciate, as he was able to answer all of my (technical) questions and address all of my concerns. All I had to do was pick up the 2nd unit and mail the 1st unit back using the same box with a new (included) shipping label. About as seamless as it gets. As promised, the 2nd replacement worked flawlessly out of the box. Can't speak for the other reviewers, but I was actually quite impressed with their technical expertise. These guys provide a service that is badly needed out there (I couldn't find a business in Canada that could do what these guys did), and they saved me a pile of money compared to what the dealership wanted. Definitely can recommend this business.

They got done with the check and told me my head gasket was blown. We called my hometown mechanic and he called bs on it, if my head gasket had been blown my car would've overheated, had a lot of smoke and coolant in the oil (which they said I had) I took it to another place to get a second opinion they told me there was nothing in my oil I just needed a new air filter. This place acts like people aren't going to get a second opinion, I'm 19 and go to Mansfield, I know I'm not the only one who got taken advantage of here. I got my car checked there about almost a week ago and my car is running perfectly no signs of a blown head gasket. Do not go here trust me.

Holy cow, what kind of oil are they using? 17 plus dollars a quart, I pay 87 dollars at home for an oil change. Not overly impressed.
