I received little to no assistance and was hardly acknowledged when I walked in. I purchased a weekender bag from this store last week, I was told the bag was 50% off so I went ahead and purchased it. I had not bothered to unwrap the bag until a few days later. When I opened it, I found my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 50% discount but instead something much lower. I called the store and spoke to an associate, I explained to them what had happened and they told me to come back into the store and the issue would be fixed. I went in later that night and I saw the sales associate that had sold me the bag, he immediately recognized me and asked me what was wrong. I told him he rang me up for the incorrect discount and it sounded like he was aware of that but didn't bother to tell me at the time. The so-called 'Supervisor' was there next to him and basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I would like to either have the difference returned to my credit card or just return the entire purchase. The so-called 'Supervisor', I wish I could remember his name, basically told me he could do neither because only the General Manager can process returns and or price adjustments. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.. EVER. How the hell can only the GM process returns? So why the heck does this guy have the title of 'Supervisor' if he can't help his customers. I am seriously ticked off at this store. I drove all the way from Midtown Houston to Boonies Cypress, TX. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Not only will I not be returning to this store, I have written a formal complaint to customer relations.

It took a long time just to get a women's fitting room, and when we asked for help with boots and sizing, we were basically told that whatever was out was all they had. I also needed help finding boots that would work for wider calves, but we weren't given many options or much assistance. My husband was already pretty frustrated with the service at that point. Thankfully, we came across the manager, Steven, and he completely turned our experience around! He took the time to help me find the right size boots and helped with my wide-calf concerns. He also helped my husband get properly fitted for a hat. What started as a frustrating experience ended up being a great one because of Steven. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Steven is the reason we left happy and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service!
